Cracker Barrel

Anytime we go to this location, the service is horrible! We got there at noon today. We had 9 people. We were there for an hour. When we made our reservation, there was not a party of 15. Somehow, a party of 15 got sat before us. I asked the hostess about the part of 15. She told me they have been waiting 70 minutes. Really? During that hour that we were there, about 30 parties of 3, 2, and 1 got sat. We have several kids who were hungry, so we just left.
Also, one of the workers parked in a handicapped spot and walked in to start his shift.
Even when it's not busy, the servers are slow. One day, we waited for about half an hour for biscuits after asking several times. we even asked the manager. We had toddlers at our table who were hungry and starting to get upset.
We're going to go to Prattville from now on.
