Picked up Christmas Prime Rib Dinner on December 24, 2024, heated it up on Christmas morning! The prime rib looked like grey meat, but went ahead and warmed it up!
We had ordered an extra prime rib to have as leftovers, but hardly got through the first one! The meat was tough as hell, NO flavor, and just looked bad! I think we spent an extra $125.00 for the 2nd prime rib and ended up throwing it in the trash since it was so BAD!
Will NEVER eat there again! This was our first and last time to order Christmas dinner from them!
Claimed loss: $250.00 for 2 prime ribs!
Desired outcome: Refund my money!

If you want a refund, freeze it and return it. Your claiming your threw it in the trash when you probably ate it is not going to get you a refund. It is a shame people need to lie because they cannot afford things.
So you are okay with this incidnt making me so angry that I hurt a defenceles family member and face charges for that?

You eat the food then. sadly this incident made me very angry. One of my cousins 13 month old was crying. I was already upset. I grabbed her kid and hurt him. My cousin is had me arrested. I have to go to trial and I am banned from the family gatherings.
