Cracker Barrel Christmas Dinner

I ordered food for my elderly mother for her christmas lunch. I was in the Cracker Barrel in Lexington KY last week and was telling the manager about it. He ask us to contact Cracker Barrel with a complaint. The ham was the only item in the lunch eatable. Ordered mashed potatoes and was given sweet potatoes. The dressing was hard the carrots looked dark and wrinkled. A pie was ordered and was left out of the box. The lunch was around 90 dollars. I was very disappointed in the food.

Cracker Barrel Online food order

I ordered 3 meals to go there was one item missing. I phoned the manager and asked him to refund the price of one item. he did not. When you sell something and don't deliver its fraud. When you do it repeatedly its a pattern of fraud. the last 3 times I've ordered there has been food shorted 2 of the times. I am not eating there any more but they owe me a refund for one order of steak fries. The cracker barrel was in Calera, al

Cracker Barrel Product, service

My husband and I went to the Cracker Barrel in Roanoke Rapids, NC and when we were finally waited on and order taken the server brought our drinks, and we asked for biscuits only and no cornbread muffins. She brought our meal and the biscuits along with cornbread muffins, butter and jelly/ jam bowl and when I went to get a thing of butter there was something on the side of the bowl that looked to be mouse droppings. When the server was shown, she looked at it and then took her finger and removed it from the bowl. She left the bowl and cold biscuits on the table instead of removing they. The floor was unswept and the place has gone down hill and I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again. The Health Department needs to go in there and do a serious investigation. I have a picture of what looked like mouse droppings but is on my phone and not my tablet.

Cracker Barrel Gift card

I received a 50.00 gift card for a gift in December 2019. My husband had surgery right after the holidays & then Covid happened, so we did not get a chance to use it. It has been in my desk since that time still attached to the cardboard it came on. Today we decided to go for a drive & finally get to use our gift card since we recently completed our Covid vaccines. We were informed that there was a zero balance & that two transactions were made in December 2020. I did not make these transactions & don't understand how they were made since the card has been safely placed in my desk since receiving it. I would like to know how & where these transactions were made. I left a message at the customer service number this morning, but did not receive a call back. The card number is [protected].

Cracker Barrel Service great. Food cold upon serving and missing certain entrees

Howdy

I rarely complain. Cracker Barrel is my most favorite place to eat. Lately, I have been disappointed with the location in Hammond, Louisiana.

I have been at that store twice in one week. Both times, the food served has been cold. I mean really cold

Also, I am sorry to learn that the cabbage and Lima beans have been omitted from the menu. They were really super!

Having limited choices takes away from our enjoyment of going to Cracker Barrel.

Please address the cold food issue with your managers in Hammond LA.

Cracker Barrel Delivery

We won't be using you again until we can safely come in and dine after the pandemic is under control. You provide delivery but through DoorDash. They are terrible and crooked. We didn't get half of our order a few weeks ago. DoorDash assured they would give us credit for that error on our next order. We ordered again a few days ago but there was no credit. The charge to my credit card was exactly what the order cost. If you don't want to lose additional business, I would suggest you try to contract with another service. Go online and just see how bad the reviews are with DoorDash. You are a great restaurant - too good to be associated with such incompetent liars.

Cracker Barrel Alcohol being served

Did you ever survey your customers to see if they really wanted alcohol to now be served? Doubtful.. One can only assume that someone at the top thinks there is more money to be made if alcohol is served.

I am so disappointed in Cracker Barrel for allowing this to happen to your family restaurant. Shame on you.

Just recently spoke to a waitress about the alcohol. She told me she was a recovering alcoholic and had came to work at Cracker Barrel to get away from serving alcohol.. Thanks to you she's now right back into the thick of it.

You are not what you used to be and I am for one regret your decision.

Cracker Barrel The Shrimp Dinner

We had complained several weeks ago about our order at the Cracker Barrel in Wisconsin Dells. Come to find out...it wasn't their fault. We had always ordered the Shrimp Dinner and got three sides with it. We were not aware of the fact that Corporate changed the policy and automatically gives French Fries with the meal. We don't eat French Fries... We like to order 3 of the other sides. I don't know why this policy was changed. We are VERY disappointed to find this out. This actually might stop us by eating there. Why waste French Fries when we could order 3 sides that we would eat. We LOVE your food. I don't see what the problem is by letting US...the customers decide what sides they want.
The Cracker Barrel manager I spoke to this last time was WONDERFUL! Explained to us that the policy changed. We sure hope that we are able to make our own decisions from now and order what we want.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope it goes back to the old way.

Cracker Barrel Vegetable plate

My name is Tracey Pate.im very upset about a order I placed on website.not sure of store number, but it's New Port Richey, Fl.got to store, called told them I was there.i sat there 15 mins after speaking with a Holly.i called back as I waited in my car...another 10 mins for a rude man, not a manager.Not even so much as a appology.im a regular customer, but now will find another comfort food restaurant.There are plenty to choose from in Florida.awful service.

Cracker Barrel Food

Went to Cracker Barrel for their fried chicken
So much breading that you couldn't tell the pieces apart and there was hardly any actual chicken under all the breading .
I have been calling and leaving my number for 2 weeks and
No one calls back or answers at customer service .
Worst customer service
There is a message where you can leave your phone number and name to hold your place in the que for a callback

Cracker Barrel Unclean silverware

Almost every piece of silverware we received had dried food particles on them. They gave us extras and they were also filled with small particles of dried food. Something is wrong with the dishwashing process. They gave us plastic ware after several attempts. We were entertaining a missionary couple and they were not happy with the cleanliness of the silverware either.
We visited the Cracker Barrel Store #629 in Chesapeake, VA. Our ACCESS Code on the receipt was [protected]

Desired outcome: That whatever procedure is producing unclean silverware be changed.

Cracker Barrel Gift card.

I was given a 50.00 gift card from my niece and have had it for over a year, but according to the the card these is no expiration date to use the card. I tryed to use the card on02/21/2021 and the cashier stated the card had no money on it. I had just taken the card of of its envelope at the store the sticky stuff was still on the back of it. I had not used it at all. She told me to call the number on the back of the card. Needless to say I got nowhere. I was put on hold and and was never called back. I am a regular Customer to Cracker Barrell and my niece is a very honest hard working person, and this not how I would treat someone. I am a very honest person. I would like for for my 50.00 dollars to be put on my card. Ending number is 4890.

Cracker Barrel Take out meals

I went into one of your stores to order out
After placing the order it took 35 minutes to get my carry out
Then after I got home I found out that the order was not correct
There was several mistakes in each carry out order of 2
One for my wife and myself
We leave about 40 to 45 minutes away from our home so we could not take it back
We did not eat our meal at all and I think Cracker Barrel owes us a meal each that is if we decide to ever go back
What are you planning to do about this?

Cracker Barrel 820 gram Cracker Barrel cheese

Best before date is 21 AL 29. I have stored it in my extra fridge as per usual. The seal is loose and the entire block of cheese is covered with mold. Another package also is loose although not mouldy. I have always bought Cracker Barrel on sale and stored it for considerable lengths of time. I never had any problems with the old 909 g package. I would suggest your packaging is not up to standard on this size of cheese block.

Cracker Barrel Employee complaint

I have worked at my Cracker Barrel store since it's opened, when I started there was a bunch of us, I have worked my butt off just to be put down, they told me I did not work hard enough, fast enough, to their standards enough, so cut my hours from 5 days to 1 day from 38 hours to 4 hours telling me to prove to them, but how? When they cut my hours that low?, I would cry at home every day wondering how I'm going to feed my children. I never gave up, people started quitting so they gave me more hours, I worked my butt off, never called in, came in always when someone else called in, always on time, stayed overtime, but got in trouble for not finishing everything on time or early which resulting in my hours getting cut again. I have depression and when they cut my hours again due to something else, it made me feel like I couldn't do anything right. Then the pandemic happen and I had to apply for unemployment and since I had my hours cut unemployment only paid my 150 a week so I needed to work and there was no where to work and when we partially opened back up and I was put on the schedule for only one day and only made an 80 check for the week I didn't qualify for unemployment because I made too much. Now fast forward to we are opening again and I'm ready to go back to work and messaged my manager asking if and when I'm going to be going back to no reply. I feel like the managers hate me, like I'm an out cast. I thought Cracker Barrel was supposed to feel like family, but every night I want to cry
