LG Electronicslg promise for a refund

LG promised us a refund as the fridge we purchased was under warranty and was unrepairable so we were promised a $1, 200 refund cheque back in September 2017. We were told it would take 6 weeks to process. It's November 29th and we still have not received one cent. I have called every day for two weeks and still received nothing. Each time I called, I have received difference excuses. I warn everyone whoever purchased a crappy appliance from LG, be prepared for poor customer service. HORRID, TERRIBLE

    Hopefully I can be of some assistance. It would help to get some additional information.

    First, I'll mention I really like LG appliances. When did you actually purchase the fridge. Did you purchase directly from LG or through a retailer? Do you have the actual model of the unit you bought?
