Beko Beko appliances

We bought a house with "high end" Beko fridge, dishwasher and gas range. while the range is good other than having no oven thermostat, the fridge and dishwasher have defects and design flaws that should not exist in high end appliances.

The fridge is 3 years old and has a broken icemaker of which it is nearly impossible to get parts or services in the US. The control panel is unintuitive. You cannot tell when a setting such as door open alarm is enabled or not.

The dishwasher does clean well but the control panel is unintuitive and difficult to engage buttons. The worst part is the racks are difficult to slide in and out.

I see little reason to buy this manufacturers appliances.

Beko Ac beko 1pk

Please immediately provide warranty service, we are submitting a claim for AC damage, we have submitted a claim in Indonesia, but the response is very slow.

The latest information is that the condition of the Beko AC evap part is leaking, and the Indonesian service information has requested the spare part from the Beko Turkey center.

However, we complained from August 11st, 2023 and until now not yet spare parts have arrived in Indonesia.

and the Beko Indonesia service team cannot answer how long it will take for this item to come to Indonesia and be installed in the damaged Beko AC that we bought.

Beko Beko waahing machine

I bought beko washing machine last may 2023 bec we bought a house and we are about to furnish appliances and since we moved only on july 2023, and didnt use the washer. When we are aboit to use, only wash button is working, supposedly its automatic, there is an error E2, and after 3 trials, we immediately reported it to the appliance center where we bought it and the service center checked it, and im requesting for replacement. Since aug, i didnt hear any feedback.

Pls i need your immediate action to this

Beko Side by side ref

So disappointed we bought side by side ref last oct 2022 then last june 2023 we encpuntered problem there was a leak so i called the sm faorview appliances to report my concern then your technician went to our place last july 2023 then they told us just need to be cleaning but the following they still same so they said maybe they should req for parts to be change but imagine until now the parts still mot available. So I decided to chat beko at messenger they said...Hi GeJr, sorry for the late revert, as per checking with our spare parts team, the parts needed for your unit are currently out of stock, that's why while waiting for the spare parts, our account specialist also submitted this case for the unit replacement as well, we're waiting for the service center/technician's recommendation and for their technical report so that we can initiate the changes or initiate a unit replacement request that will be subject for evaluation. We apologize for the delay, but we just want to let you know that the process is ongoing, and we're coordinating w/ the service center assigned to this case, rest assured that we're working on it, and I'll also make a follow-up on this. Imagine it takes too can you just change my unit bec were so diaappointed with your product. I need to file a complaint at DTI.

In Regards To Repair Service On A Washing Machine That's Under Warranty & The Service To Which Has Been Extremely Unprofessional For The Most Part Been Getting The Run Around The First Person To Shop Up Didn't Know Much About The Appliance & Broke A Mounting Bracket Wouldn't Speak English Well Communicating To Whom Have You On His Cell Phone He Was Supposedly Taking Pictures Of A Couple Dead Insects And Was Tring To Get Over On Us By Trying To Say The Cause Of Damage Was Due To Infestation Which Is A Lie & Upon A Second Opinion Was Went The Truth To The Matter Was The Mother Board Was Fryed And The First Tec Man Broke The Control panel

Beko Fridge

Just a year or less after purchasing (had it for 3 years), we have noticed a lot of defects already. As it is in the middle of the pandemic, we have difficulty having it fixed.

1. For non frost, we have noticed a lot of ice build up in the freezer.

2. The temperature is not working properly. It is not doing what it is supposed to be doing.

3. RECURRING PROBLEM

4. They have been checked and fixed but after a few months still have the same problem.

5. Everything has changed within the warranty period but it got broken again and has to be replaced. It is very expensive as we are already paying out of pocket.

6. Still not fixed. STILL NOT WORKING.

Please do something about it. It is costly for something we have paid and still paying for the repairs and yet facing the same problem. At this point we are convinced you have given us a faulty product.

Beko Totally impractical design fault

We recently bought a Beko fridge freezer cfg3582dw. Looks great, nice fridge.
Has the design team ever tried to put a bottle or juice box on the bottom shelf of the fridge door.
Prove to me that you can put a narrow bottle or milk box or juice box on that shelf and that it will not tip over when you open the fridge door. This is a family fridge, so remember kids also use it.
Who was the designer who put in a shelf so slim that nothing stays upright and tips fall onto the floor when you open the fridge.
Give me a good, valid explanation on this completely useless design flaw.

Beko Beko fridge freezer crfp1685g door handle snapped

My fridge freezer is 18months old and the upper top part of handle snapped.

I purchased a genuine replacement however prior to fitting, I noticed a hairline fracture on the new handle emanating from the fixing holes. I then inspected the broken handle and noted it had broken along exact same fracture line. I further inspected my unbroken bottom handle and noted the same fracture line was present.

My supplier sent me another replacement handle which arrived and it has the exact same fracture /crack as both handles.

I contacted my supplier who told me that they have sold 82 handles in 10 months (that's only one supplier). Clearly there is a manufacturing fault with these handles.

I now have two brand new replacement handles that have stress fractures/cracks. not good.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and to be supplied with two upgraded non faulty handles and a refund for my initial outlay of £29.00

Beko Oven GG 15126 DX PR

I have sent the same request to your support organization so many times and the inability to fix my problem is surprising, very frustrating and is now making me angry. I lodged my complaint on March 30, 2022 in regard to my oven not working. In is now almost 3 months later and despite 2 visits from your local support team, the oven is still not working. What have I got to do to get your attention.

I have so far paid considerable money for new parts (oven gas switch/regulator) one was installed and defective and then the next seemingly is also defective - but who knows?

I report the problem regularly and get a message saying you received my complaint and you will contact me - but no one ever does.

Beko Laundry machine

Hi

I have ordered the laundry machine around april last year.

I tried multiple things, but I see that it does not take the softener liquid. I tried to clean the drawer, but still nothing.

I am not sure what can be the case, but I understand this is something what can be checked under garantie, right?

Could you please help me with it?

Beko Washing machine and cooker

The washing machine's white facade is bubbling up and peeling off very badly now. Very soon it will have no white facade at all. The cooker also shows signs of rusting now. Although both are outside their guarantee, here in UK, they are still within their six year Consumer Protection, so I am still covered. I will never buy Beko again, as both appliances are rusting.

Desired outcome: Partial refund would be appreciated, as I have to replace both.

These appliances still work and there is no way they should be rusting away from the inside out. The rusting has not been caused by any water on the surface. Clearly, these appliances were faulty at the outset. The rusting has cut short their usable lifespan. I now have to replace both, through no fault of my own.

Beko XTG653K 60 cm gas cooker - black

Hi,

I bought BEKO - XTG653K 60 cm Gas Cooker - Black online from Curry World.
This product is faulty and as soon as you switch it on power of my house goes off. I received this appliance on 11 Nov 2021. On 12 Non 2021, I called Curry customer service they gave me Beko customer service number to contact and get a Uplift number. I have been trying on the BEKO customer service number from last 2 days and there is no response, I have listened to the automated message for 30 mins twice, still no response.

Beko Refrigerator

The door alarm on this is absolutely ridiculous! Can't put away groceries, clean it out or anything without the blasted alarm going off. I will never buy another one of these and everyone who says they love my refrigerator, I show them how annoying this alarm is and they quickly changed their minds. I've looked everywhere on how to disable it to no avail.

We just bought our 2nd Beko fridge (moved to new home, had to leave old one). Love the fridge, but the alarm is super annoying. If we could just bump up the time from 1 minute to 2 it would be a big help

Beko Beko side by side fridge

Hello,

I'm writing to you from Sri Lanka.

I bought a BEKO Side by Side Fridge from Singer Sri Lanka on 2014-09-06. 
After 5 years of purchase, the compressor stopped working & had to replace it. 

Again, in July 2021, the cooler part of fridge stopped working.  
Singer Sri Lanka inspected the fridge and returned saying that Heater of the fridge is damaged & it can not be repaired. Singer Sri Lanka being the distributor of BEKO products in Sri Lanka running out of this problem without giving me a solution & also, I'm losing the trust on the brand.

I bought this BEKO fridge spending a big money with a trust on this European brand & after 6 years now I  have to throw it away to rubbish.  

Appreciate if you could help me to find a solution for this from the Beko mother company or forward my complaint to BEKO higher management, who could give a solution for me.

This is to you to informed (Refer the images), That this model manufactured Outer door to stop moisture consideration with a Heating element.

This coming with factory molding and seated to the cabinet.
 
If this Heater removed by out site, It will damaged the product and its cannot make properly as before & Door also will not be seated properly.

Attached PCB is on good condition that control heater element based on temperature inside. and its tested and OK under Lab parameters.

Agent has informed that he cannot proceed the repair.

Beko Beko deep freezer

I have a deep freezer Beko.I called last Thursday 30 of September to ask for Mentanence since it stoped suddenly. I identified in my request that the food will rotten and till today the 5th of October no body called. I regret that I bought Beko . I will not recommend Beko to anyone who would like to buy appliances. The most unsuccessful company ever.

Beko Washing machine

The worst customer service experience I have ever had, was not responsive and didnt explain us how to use it, tried calling them, watsapp... No response at all... Waiting for more than 15 days without an answer... Not working properly as well... Should I consider the money given as donation to beko? Can u let me know wat else should I do to get the things resolved? Its a faulty machine with water getting stagnated
