Purchased a pair of mens shoes on sale foe 49.54. I never received them. Put it through bank of america on my debit card. When the receipt came up it went through bank of america listed as pay pal. Then I was charged add. Almost $2.00 for going through pay pal. I dont know how that happened because I do not have a paypal account. But it went through.
