Starral review: Boots ordered

I ordered Nov 3, 2022 a pair of Women Cowhide Leather Flat Heel Boots with a company named Starral. It was 29.99 plus 6.99 shipping and.90 tax. They notified me that they were shipped on Nov 12 and Nov 15th were on their way to me. I received them on Nov 23rd, I was not satisfied with them and notified them I need to return them as they did have enough support in the soles for me. they requested I send them pictures of them and outside packing which clearly stated they were shipped from CA to me. They are refusing to return all my money and want me to send them back to an address out of the US. Address they want them sent back to is:

1st floor, Building A16, Fuqlao third Industrial Zone, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Provice. That would no doubt cost me as much as I paid for the boots! I feel they should have them returned to the CA address that was on the packing from
