Took three weeks for the boots to arrive IN A PLASTIC bag. They looked okay when I put the first boot on, but it was way too small and the bottom of the shoe pulled out with my foot. I tried to contact the company by email for an exchange, but it was transferred to someone named Lisa with marginal English. They said they'd issue a full refund if I returned the boots, but they suggested I'd be happier by just keeping the boots and they'd refund me $10 no questions asked. I kept writing back asking for a mailing address and eventually got an address in China (no offer to pay shipping). They then upped their "keep the boots and get refunded $20" offer. I finally accepted. I paid about $54 through their "Sunshine"Paypal account. SCAM
Desired outcome: Already accepted $20 out of the $54 out of pocket. The boots are too shoddy to even to give to Goodwill.
