I returned 2 faulty jackets. The first one was purchased in Cheshire Oaks Outlet, England. The head office in Amsterdam agreed to accept the faulty jacket and issued a refund code which was sent as a promo code. The promo code was then re-issued to allow me to use it on Sale items. I purchased a second jacket with that code and once again, despite following the washing instructions on the jacket, this jacket was ruined like the first one. This time, TH sent a promo code and would not allow me to use it on sale items. I called to query this. A member of staff advise me to send a letter and wait for a response despite me saying I would miss the expiry date of the code, This has resulted in TH refusing to reissue a code therefore they now have my jacket and will not give me a refund. I am utterly disgusted in this company.
