Order bras in my size. Received a ridiculously small product that would never fit. Fabric cheap and thin not as described. Now they will not respond to my emails. Want a refund. They are in UK and from what I can find online they say you have to send back at your cost.
Purchased December 11th. Paid 44.97 through PayPal was only supposed to be charged 35.98. See below for screen shot of order confirmation

Same here! I’m in the “resolution” process with PayPal right now. They want to offer 1/2 refund or pay shipping they say is more than what I paid for the order? Really?! Shipping and handling was 4.99. Also it was stated they were in Florida as I would have never placed an order for anyone outside the US! You don’t know this until AFTER you’ve paid that they are in China! And the email they enclose in the package is fraudulent, not a working email. And of course no number to contact them. PayPal needs to quit helping these scammers and put a stop to it! The last thing I suggested to the scammers is give me the total refund then I’ll give the bras to charity.
