Belks, and Belks Marketplace Vendor review: Jacket

On 11-18-2022, I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas in Southaven, MS.
Belks order #[protected]. Lost case # [protected]
I was told it came from their marketplace (I don't know what that was, maybe a third party vendor)
UPS lost the package, TK# 1ZX781Y70396029681
Claims support (UPS) issued a refund to the marketplace vendor on Dec 15, 2022, NOT ME
