Happy Shoes Company review: A full refund to be issued

I ordered and returned boots that did not fit. This all took place in November. I have contacted the company countless times for a refund and hear nothing back

I want to file a formal complaint against this company and the lies on their website.

the original purchase was made on a facebook account. I have contacted email provided with no results. www.dacatu.com

Please advise next steps got filing in court. This is my second request to the BBB.
