The shoes were not appropriate. They are just different type of shoes and they did not feel comfortable. I requested protocol to return them. Was offered $15.00 refund and keep the unwanted shoes. I said no. Then they offered $30.23 refund and keep the shoes. I said no. They said that I had to return them to China to get any refund if I don't agree. I checked with the post office and $61.00 is the lowest cost to return the $75 shoes. So, I contacted: Cherry (FERAY-HELP) (which is her email address) and said I wanted the partial refund, so that I could get something back. The link I sent you shows that there is No Questions and will refund all monies. They did not. They engaged in False advertising and then Coercion to force me to settle for about 40% of the cost that they promised to refund. If I return the items to China, then I may never get a refund and it was going to be my cost to return them to China, and not in LA, Ca. where I got them from. The advertisement said that the shoes were made in the USA. That is false advertising. The shoes were actually made in China. They are under multiple names: Tartepl.com, Marttine.com, and Sunshine. They advertised for a full of $75.58 and that is what I am seeking. Please assist me in getting my full refund. The seller has engaged in improper retail practices, and false advertising, and used deceptive and coercive means to force an unwanted action on my part so I would not lose everything. Please help!

OMGoodness. I ordered these same shoes. If this is all true, which I know you are right, then I have been HAD AGAIN by some supposedly US MADE company through PayPal guaranteed company. Which I told myself I would never get caught like this again with PayPal again BUT here we go.
Hello. If you paid with PayPal, PP will Reilly the entire amount. They are aware of the scam. I got my 20% back from Marttine and PP sent me the rest. It wasn’t PP who scammed you, it was the shoe company from China.
I had the exact same issues. Their (false), advertising stated the shoes I purchased were 1. made in USA, 2. slip proof 3. supported my feet for people who are on their feet all day, money back guarantee. NONE of these claims were true. Made in China, no traction, no support. After 2 days I could hardly walk. "Wendy" was assigned to my issue but would not refund my money nor could I afford to send them back to China. She was very unhelpful. She offered me a 20% refund. Now I'm out 80% of my purchase price. Poor Quality. False advertising. Poor customer service. No Money Back guarantee. NOT made in USA. NOTHING on their web site is truthful. A total SCAM.

Marttinne shoes are a total scam. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES. Prominent in their ad is MADE IN THE USA. thet is totally false, they are made and shipped from china.They claim that the shoe is leather hand stiched arch support orthodic shoes again all false. is rhere any way to at least stop them from saying that they are made in the USA?
These shoe are poor quality and I want to return but cannot get to website and they do not offer a way to return. I would never wear these 3 shoes.

I had the exact same experience. Do not think for one minute that these shoes are as advertised. They are terrible quality. And there is nothing orthopedic about them.
I had exactly the same experience as the comments above... long delivery time from China, wrong size, offered 15 and 20% refunds, no replacement with the correct size, difficulty dealing with Cherry, return to China more expensive than the shoes, etc, etc... don't order from this company. You won't get your money back as they advertise.

In my opinion Marttine shoes is a total scam. Took 3 weeks to get the shoes. Could not track the package because the text was in Chinese. I ordered size 9.5 US. The shoes that were shipped were about a 1/2" short. I assume they where a size 9 shoe because the shoes did not have a size listed them anywhere and the shoes had No Arch supports. I contacted them (Cherry) via email and they offered me 20% refund and I keep the shoes. They would not send me the correct size even though it was their mistake. They said that I could return the shoes to China for a full refund but it would be very expensive and it would take several months. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I lost over $50 to this company. I wish I read the reviews first!.

I ordered size 10 shoes and they sent what appears to be a size 7. I emailed and asked that they swap them and they said the best they can do is offer me a 20% refund - but that I can keep the shoes! I don't want the size 7 shoes, so I emailed again and said that wasnt acceptable and wanted them swapped. They said the order was correct (which I checked and did order a size 10), so the best they would do is give me a 40% refund or I can pay to ship them back to China and they will then refund my original cost of the shoes only. So I would end up paying for the shipment both ways.
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Worst shoes I've ever bought. Made in China and super cheap material. It took 4 weeks to get this crap. Insole is paper thin and paper like material. Upon opening the package, the shoes are in a fancy looking bag I guess to make it look expensive, I notice one shoe had the stiches Tourn at the edge of the shoe.
I do not recommend this company as they falsely advertise these shoes to make them sound very attractive. Don't fall for this scam.
I wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase.

I ordered a pair of these shoes. They sent the wrong size. There was no return label, so no way to send them back to exchange for correct size. They also advertised "made in USA". There is no label on these shoes at all, no size, where made, nothing. Also, the sole is very thin. Definitely would not want to walk on gravel in the shoes. Poor product, probably made in China.

I received a single pair of shoes from Marttine. They were ok but the size was wrong. The cost to return the shoes was more than the shoes themselves. I don't trust this company. I have learned a lesson from this one. I recommend that you do not purchase from this company. They are fraudulent. They are not what they proport to be.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. It took 3 weeks for me to get them and tracking info was in Chinese and could not locate. I emailed and got an auto reply. The shoes did not fit and one was fully the wrong size. There is no way to return shoes that are not the right size. They are not honest and have no customer service whatsoever. I agree with the previous comments. No arch support and width was not accurate. I will donate the shoes and write it off since they only do refunds if shoe is defective and not the right size. Avoid them at all costs.
My fiance placed an order with them. We got no information about shipping. We contacted them about shipping. They said the stuff was backordered and to be patient. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, we contested the purchase with the credit card company. We received a refund. The company told us that they approved the refund request through the credit card company, but they had our order if we wanted it. We said, yes, we want the stuff. Instead, they issued the refund and told us to place a new order. We went onto the site to look at the stuff we had ordered and NONE of it is available.
Their address is Fake St in London. It says all items are made in the US. Their support team is in China. It's all shady.
