Solaris Sunglasses review: Dior signature sunglasses

We purchased Dior signature sunglasses at a Solaris sunglass store in Paris on September 20,2022. 92 Avenue des Champs Elysees Paris 75008.

We also purchased the 1 year protection warranty. Since then the lens have become scratched and we are trying to replace the glasses. We have contacted the company several times. They requested we send photos of the receipt and warranty card which we did. Now it's been 4 months and nothing has moved past that point despite us following their instructions and numerous emails. They just don't reply. The website on the receipt Solaris-sunglasses.com does not work. We would like to get the glassed replaced or a full refund. Parts replacement won't work because the lenses cannot be removed from the frame without damage to the frame. We will never recommend or purchase from this company again. Very dissatisfied.
