I purchased a leather coat from James Leather online and after I received it the color wasn't what I expected it to be. I contacted them and ask if I could return it and they said I could but that I had to take pictures of it and send to them. I took the pictures and sent them and I suppose everything was ok because they gave me a return number to use to return the jacket. The instructions were on the website to do the return so I sent the jacket back and I had a tracking number so I could make sure they received it and they did. I contacted them again in a couple days and Linda told me that I would be getting a refund. After a week I didn't get the refund so I messaged her again and see told me she would put it through again for the refund. After a week I still didn't have a refund so I messaged her again and she assured me that I would have it within a week. I still haven't received the refund of $204.99. Each time I contact them Linda messages me that I'll have the refund in a couple days. It's been four weeks and still no refund.
