ClarksShoes review: I wish to have my money refunded.

Hello,

I saw an ad for Clarks Boots and did not realize I was not ordering from Clark's that is on me. I have since seen these boots misrepresented on a QVC on-line site.

It took over a month for the product to arrive.

Upon arrival the boots are poorly made, the seams are exposed on the inside which rubs on your foot.

I contacted [protected]@handicraftservice.com immediately and told them I was not pleased. I sent pictures of the boots, per there request. I then received an email saying I had to explain why I wanted to return the product. I explained the above. Misrepresentation, poorly constructed, etc. It is now 14 days the maximum for a return, and they will not return my requests for contact. I wrote yesterday and asked for their address as it's conveniently not on anything. The return address on the package is 12500 Slauson Ave, Unit 81A, Sante Fe Springs, CA 90670 (states not seller address)
