Jerseyloco.com review: Refund 169.99

I ordered 3 jersey's from this company on 11.23.23 I have not received. I have emailed about 10 different times for which they give me tracking number that has never changed or moved cities. I asked for a refund since they were christmas presents and its now 1.20.23. They refuse to process. I advised I was contacting a lawyer due to product not received. They have not responded since after numerous attempts.
