2 Chicken bowls
Rice was not cooked! Crunchy! They ran out of chicken. Also my order was placed via mobile app and had to wait an hour in the store in line from them to prepare it when it was my turn in line. Very disappointed with the service and it was not ready for pick up when I got there and then I had to wait in line and they fixed my order when it was my turn in line. Too much!
Desired outcome: Refund or two free chicken bowls with chicken and cooked rice.
Managers who like authority but forget they have a resposiblity
I when in this morning and server was very pleasant BUT no one was there
to take my money and I had to go back to work. The person who seemed
responsible was doing other things knowing customers were waiting and
carrying her coffee engaged in conversation with other employees. REALLY!
I finally asked the server if someone could take my money he looked back
to the kitchen apologized and said someone would be right here, Im sure they
heard me, still she continued speaking with other people in the kitchen with a smile and agfter about 10 minueted sent a helper to take our money.
Your company may be big but its the customer who helped you get there.
More incidents like this and soon people will go somewhere else like the
in and out in out right in front of you.

On 2/28 I ordered food online and picked it up at the restaurant. The order was ready when I arrived so I didn't watch it being made. The meat and other items totaling $12 wasn't in my order. I called veronica at the corvallis store on monroe right away. She said I didn't need to return (I live 15 minutes away) and she would refund the money to the credit card I used. Red meat in chicken bowl! I'm sure it was an accident maybe steak got into the chicken pan but that could have seriously injured me!
