Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today around 3p I went to Chipotle on Lakeshore Avenue in Euclid, OH at the shore center and picked up my carry out order of $30.56. All the food was cold not room temperature cold. The rice was a mix of cooked and undercooked. I live less than 5 minutes from this chipotle and I hardly ever eat from here because it's always terrible when I purchase from here. I am not sure what the deal is with this particular Chipotle but it is giving the entire brand a bad name I am never sure what to expect from chipotle to chipotle but this one by far is the worse. I deserve a refund because none of us was able to eat this food that we spent so much money on.
