One of the worst service ever. I have ordered the food to be delivered in Tirunelveli station. When the train has reached the vendor was not there so called the customer care and he informed the food will be delivered as the delivery agent is in station. In app it was clearly mentioned food is in preparation state. Ideally the food was not delivered. I have been calling customer care for the refund for more than a week. Every customer care agent picks the call and they say they will check. And disconnects the call abruptly. Since I have tried calling these people for more than 15 times and all time they does the same. One of the worst every service and please refrain from ordering in this fake website or I would call cheats
