Chipotle Mexican Grill Misleading Customer/Unprofessional behavior

I came in to Chipotle on 10/25/21 and asked for an order of 2 chicken bowls. which came to $21.36. I gave the cashier $22, expecting to receive .64 cents in return. At this point I was informed they had no change. So I asked the cashier was I supposed to just give up my .64 cents? I just want to point out that there was no sign posted informing customers that they had no change available. Had I known I would not have ordered if I knew I wasn't able to receive change that was due to me back. The cashier informed me that she "doesn't make the rules." Not only did I not get my change back, but not even the attempt to compensate the disservice. A complimentary fountain drink could have been offered. I was very disappointed in the service and how as a faithful customer I was brushed off by the cashier as if this was a normal occurrence. Order #433, Host: Jayla

Chipotle Mexican Grill Briscot

Date of Incident: 10/25/2021
I ordered a Smoked Brisket Bowl and chips. the brisket was hard and dry; the chips were stale. The customer service at 1209 North Charles Street in Baltimore, MD 21201 is lacking courtesy and they are very slow. I asked for the fresh brisket and was told I would have to wait "15 minutes or so". I already had to wait in line for 25 minutes because they only had one woman starting the orders and another one completing the orders and then ringing them up at the cash register. I was charged a "bag fee" and I wasn't even told I would be and why.

Desired outcome: The staff at the establishment needs customer service training, the chips need to be made fresh daily and please don't give people the dry hard meat from the bottom of the pan. I need a free Brisket Bowl and fresh chips.

I do not think you understand how things work. Either you have to be more patient to wait for a fresh brisket, or you have to do with the stale. Food takes time to cook. If you cannot be patient stay at home.

so i cannot eat gluten so i made sure everything i ordered didn't have gluten in it. sure enough a few hours later i was violently throwing up and i had ti go to the er. the next few days i found out i got food poisoning along with my boyfriend. thanks for making us feel like crap this weekend.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Service

I'm not the type to take time out of my day to do this but, I have been trying to get a meal at your restaurant for a week now. And have not been able to enjoy your company's food. Every day they are out of money for change at 5:00. Now I understand completely that things happen as long as the problem gets fixed. Clearly you have a manager running this restaurant who has no clue how to financially adjust to the customer. But the real reason I'm so frustrated for my multiple visits is not only the fact that I cannot order but the fact I drive 45 mins just to eat here. Suggestion, maybe start putting your problems at each store on the internet. Let us know we can't buy your food without exact change. I hope you can see why I'm so upset with these visits. If it was just the one time. Fine. No big deal. Like I said things happen. But to have the same problem for a week?! That'll piss a person off for driving damn near an hour to eat. Thank you for your time.

Desired outcome: Get a manager who financially capable.

They don't answer their damn phone. I deserve more than a [censored]ing refund. I am not waiting 5 days for only a refund when your store can't pick up a [censored]ing phone and press the green button. Total bill [censored]. I want a manager to call me and talk to me about this. Chipotle Mexican Grill Service

Placed 2 orders online of the chicken quesadillas. When picked up order, the sides for one order were not included (brown rice, black beans and corn). When my husband went back in to complain, the 3 sides were given however the corn was frozen. He went back in to complain and substituted for the sour cream. Also, they did not have trays for the meal. When my husband returned the first time he asked for trays. They were out of trays and provided bowls. When he returned and received the sour cream, they were out of lids and put plastic wrap on it. The inventory is definitely not on point. Poor management.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Chicken too salty

I love the food at Chipotle but for the last visit and 3 orders delivered, I don't feel the same. It seems that the chicken is too salty. I noticed it when I ordered my bowl with extra chicken. I spoke with the manager and he had them make it over. The second one wasn't as salty. But since then I tried 3 times on an order delivered and all 3 times the chicken was too salty. I tried to heat the chicken in water and it was still too salty. I don't know if the recipe was changed or what. I've been going to Chipotle since 2013 because the food was so delicious. I suffer with High Blood Pressure and I can't chance eating the salty chicken making my blood pressure rise out of control. Please let me know the status of my complaint and when it can be resolved. I go to the Chipotle on Highway LBJ in Dallas Texas.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Chipotle meal totally unsatisfactory: No Chicken, No plastic ware, No napkins, No Chips

A business trip brought us to Tampa, FL last week. Ordering our evening meal online for delivery to our hotel room best suited our needs, and we used Doordash for the first time. Their accessibility and response to our concern over the unexplained delay, their willingness to reconfirm our order for a second delivery time, and their delivery notifications, were professional and appreciated.

Our experience with Chipotle Restaurant, however, was regrettable, even disastrous. The restaurant's rush hour justified a slight delay, but it grew unreasonably long. (The restaurant was directly across the street from the hotel, both on Citrus Park Lane.) And when we finally opened the bag, we found that the chicken had been omitted from the Burrito Bowl (yes, NO CHICKEN in a Chicken Burrito Bowl!), and there were no chips to eat with the queso we had ordered. In addition, there were no napkins, or forks, knives, or spoons provided. At a cost of $25.23.

Our disappointment could not have been greater! This negative response will linger well beyond our experience that evening. We will certainly be sharing it with friends and family when the subject arises.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Burritos

I live in GREENSBURG Pa. and we usually get burritos ones a week at the Chipotles on route 30 in GBG. The last three trips have not been good. The first week everything seemed old including the shell in was hard. The second and third weeks the shells were hard again and both times the lettuce was all stems. We're both in our 60s and it's something we both like to do.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Veggie Bowl

I was at the Chipotle in North Brunswick recently and when I came home with my takeout, I was shocked to see a piece of meat in my Veggie bowl (Please find attached a picture).

I am strict vegetarian and feel cheated by this experience as I had to dump my food.

I don't feel like stepping foot ever again into a Chipotle location, as I have lost TRUST in their product / service.

I hope someone will be able to help me and contact me.
