Chipotle Mexican Grill

The last few times I used the app to place an order ahead of time for pickup the wait was 1/2 over the expected pick up time. As I waited for my order I watched customers come in, wait in line, place their order and leave while I waited. Order was for a ready time of 7:45pm left the restaurant with my food at 8:15. This has happened now at least 3 times in a row.. What is the point of using the app to avoid the crowds during a pandemic if we end up standing in the restaurant for a half an hour anyway? Not very good service if you ask me. Love the food... Need to fix the ordering ahead service.
