In november i purchased the above item, the store manager told me that its a brand new suite, i was told to pay the some of R10 000 rand into the managers personal account and so we did, my 2 seater is falling to pieces and now he refuse to help me in anyway and said there is no guarantee on couches, i would understand if it was a second hand product but as he told me its brand new i would think there would be some kind of procedure if things like this happen. Ive contacted the store but they say there is nothing they can do. Please could you advise on the way foward or would it be in my best intrest to get media and the consumer boards help

Goodday I'm very disappointed in a staff member at town center Mitchell's at cashcrusaders I phoned to ask if I can bring and equipment in because of my condition I just wanted to know if they take in a item I have because I can't come down then they tell me no they don't take .on of the staff named jamie while I was tawking she put the phoned down in my ear witch I think is unprofessional I phoned again thinking I'm going to speak to the maneger but I phned 10 times and no one picked up is this the 5 star service customers get . unethical behaviour and the selling of faulty goods

I purchased a Dixon 10' Tablet on the 14th of January 2020. This was at the Randburg Square branch.

The device was for my son who uses it daily for his school textbooks and needs to have daily in class.

On the 13th of February, it stopped working, would not switch on and was not charging.

I took it back to the store, Monday the 17th of February and was advised that the warranty covers this fault and they would take it in for repairs that Wednesday and due to the fact that it is used by the child for school I would have it back the following Wednesday. If they can't fix it, I would receive a new one.

I was advised by the staff to speak fluent English while addressing the Manager and stating my case or he would not take me seriously.

The Manager of the store confirmed the device will indeed be back on Wednesday the 26th.

I was given contact details to call and follow up before the 26th and I indeed called the store 3 times on the day and no one answered.

After work, I went to the store and was told the device has not arrived and should come back the next day. (In all this time my son goes to school daily without a learning device)

I called again on Thursday and again no one picked up. I only got through after 3 pm and the lady I spoke to (Kea) advised that the device was still not delivered and that I should hold while she calls the manager for me and then hung up on me.

I called back and the guy who picked up told me, Kea hung up because there was another member waiting. The manager of the store, they refer to as 'Dali' took the call and said the truck that delivers stock is late and will definitely be delivered the next day on Friday at 15:30 pm.

I left my contact details and requested to be updated and notified once the device was available, which never happened. I again called back today, to be told my son's device was still not available and HUNG UP ON AGAIN.

I then called the complaint line, spoke to Rachel, who transferred me to Gaby WHO HUNG UP ON ME TOO!

Can I be refunded the money I paid for this device so I can buy a new device for my son, who is suffering and writing exams with literally no books?

Secondly, I would like to apologize if my English is not good enough to be taken seriously by your company employees.

I bought a laptop bag from Cash Cruisaders in Blue Valley, after 5 months of use I took it back to them as the one side of of the bag was pulling lose where it was holding the sling together. The manager just told me that he could not exchange the bag as he does not know weather i was caring heavy book inside the bag or not. I was very upset and letf. I have been a customer at Cash Crusaders at Sasolburg for years, On thursday morning i went at the store about 10:30 to 10:35 came across a female sales person by the name of Sandra we were standing in the TV sections, I ask her about the 58 inch Sonitec and what i liked about her was the smile and approach only found out i can not buy the tv without the tv license according to the company policy. As we were busy talking an old white customer approach Sandra about the ps4, Sandra took the old man to the white lady cashier then went back to Sandra to set an appointment for friday 06/09/2019. Yesterday at about 15:35 to 15: 40 i was already at the store looking for Sandra only to find that there was a lady customer looking for Sandra, A male sales person said to the lady that Sandra is gone, while busy making window shopping Sandra got the store went straight to the lady customer next to the washing machine with the male sales person and explained to him that the lady customer came in the morning to do a quotation with Sandra, the female sales person started making noise in the store. We the customers were shocked the way the male had spoken to Sandra it showed disrespect, Sandra was quiet and professional talking to the customer and provided what the customer needed according to the quotation, the male sales person kept on shouting at Sandra and she was quiet taking out the customer's things. the lady customer asked the male sales person to keep quiet because the quotation was done by Sandra in the morning. The female sales person said words one cannot repeat and went through a passage . the last words she said was " i am going to take your sales and swap them for myself in the office" Sandra asked how and The male said "i know how as usual". As a customer i was very dissapointed seeing a male sales person fighting by words in that store with a female in that disrespectful manner. Please teach your staff to respect one another, and i am going to follow this case in order to know which steps are taken to straighten this matter out. I will be there on Tuesday.

Bought a phone in March and it just went off. Took it back to the store in Cash Crusaders Florida and they'd said that they had to send it in for repairs as it was still under warranty. They quoted me for R1450 because their cellphone repairs contractor said that it was DROPPED, I've never even DROPPED the phone as the screen just went blank.
