My laptop was released and sold without my consent due to failure of the company (cash crusaders) system... I was made aware when I tried to extend my loan term with another month..
One of the employees at store promised they would offer me another laptop but till today I haven't heard from them..
I paid online as usual apparently this last payment was not updated on the system..
