I'm themba pandelani id 8305235673089. Two weeks back. Went to jabulani mall branch to pawn my soundbar.In a box with remote and charger forr350.00. On the 01 july I paid back
The r350.00. I took the soundbar home. On arrival. I checked the content of the box. It was just the soundbar no charge and remote.
I called the store. They ignored my text and calls on whatsapp.

Claimed loss: R500.00 my client couldn't buy it from me without the remote

Desired outcome: I would like to have my remote backOr be paid R500 and keep the soundbar I have lost a client because of people who are unprofessional.
