Cash Crusaders – Bought brand new hybrid speakers, which only one last one service. No guarantee, no exchange and no refund.

I bought 2 hybrid 15" speakers 340w saperatly, one was bought in March 2025, and the second in May 2025. I only use them once and one of the speakers burnt. I did lodge a complaint with branch in kimberley new park where I bought them, I only was told on that time that the speakers doesn't have any guarantee, of which is not right, cause this is new speakers with a tough price. I'm requesting your assistance on this matter, either to exchange or full refund.
