I asked to speak to the team leader, Martha, but she refused to listen to my concerns and told me she couldn't assist me. She then instructed the staff to call the store owner, but I still wasn't allowed to speak with him. Instead, I was told to come back on Monday, May 26, 2025. When I returned on Monday, the store owner was absent, and Martha claimed she had nothing to discuss with me, despite the owner's instructions to her to assist me. Fortunately, another staff member, Kedi, who was working at the till, listened to me and called the store owner, ensuring that a solution was found. I had to spend extra on Uber fares on both May 24 and May 26, traveling back and forth to the store. The treatment and service I received left me feeling devastated and saddened.
