64gb flash drive with white usb cable
I ordered a flash drive advertised to plug into my galaxy s8 phone. This devise was to store all pictures and doc. From my phone to make room for storage . A flash drive came but will not plug into my phone. Also a white usb cord came to connect the two but it will not plug into my phone either. Their was no directions or invoice with the package to explain anything or directions to return for a refund. The merchandise was not the quality stated nor can i use it without a cord to fit both phone and flash drive.

Bought on Facebook 3 Fanatasy Wireless Chargers. went online for instruction because the vocabulary on the pamphlet was not clear.
No Invoice inside order, all I have is the information on the outside packaging. No type of protection in packaging, assuming could have been damaged during shipment, boxes were slightly smashed.

They are very slow in everything at all. If you don't like to wait forever, then it's obviously not your place.
I placed my order in September, not it's almost December and I wonder where my order is.
Today I found out that my item was shipped on Monday. Because I bombarded them with my emails asking to do something about it. It worked. Only it took me almost 2 months to make them do it.
What a horrible place.
