I went to cash crusaders in vincent east london, on the 17th april 2025 to buy an iphone x, after the sales person assisted me in setting up and uploaded the apps. Out of the blue he brought me iphone xr and convienced me to buy the xr instead, it took him some conviencing, explaining that the xr has better features that the iphone x. I ended up buying the xr the following day the phone started to give me problems, that is it pressing its self, if I press it, it did not allow me to, but the apps were just moving around on the phone's screen. This happened about after few hours the following and the following days it did the same. This minute its working the next is doing the same problem. I decided to return it on the 22nd april 2025. The sales person came with many assumptions from maybe its the screen protector. He eventually told me that the manager will send it for repairs for a few days to a week, to check if the reason for malfunction is from my actions or manufactures fault. Then I told them its not possible for me not to have a phone even if a day. But they said there is nothing that they can do.
I asked them to exchange the phone anothet phone they said its not allowed and they cant refund me as it is against their policy.
Can you please assist
