Timeshare compliance is a scam folks. They take your money. They ask ask for attorney fees, and then they tell you to be patient. I've been patient for 5 years! I keep being told that it takes time and that I should be patient. Really? Years? Sorry, but after 3 or 4 years, you begin to realize that you've been scammed. You realize what a fool you've been. Don't use this company, folks. They will take your money and promise the world and they do not deliver! I'm not the only one they've done this to. You don't have to believe me, do your homework. You'll see I not alone in my review. And yes, I filed with the better business bureau. I am not just a solitary person with this complaint. You need to see others. And, if you want, i'll point you in the right direction so you can read them and appreciate my dilemma. Avoid timeshare compliance.

In the first place, We did not know to turn to. Many online web pages to get out of the situation my wife and I were in.. And for God's sake and fate, We found Timeshare Compliance and We began to review and inform ourselves that They had many people like us who did not know how to get out of the situation, commenting positively on Timeshare Compliance and it gave us security and confidence, then my wife called and We began to explain what happened to us with our Timeshare experience and They promised to help us. We turned to Time Share Compliance after being fed promises and outright lies by the reps for the time share group we belonged to. We bought and were strong armed into upgrading our timeshare and the bottom tier treatment never went away. The monthly fees were high and the annual maintenance fees went up every year. What was promised as vacation affordability for life turned out to be a huge financial burden with no sign of it ever being relieved. Time Share Compliance Was our salvation. It was a pricey option and the process took a very long time, however, the law firm they retained for us did its job and ultimately the time and cost was well worth the freedom from the doom we felt under the yoke of the time share and lessons learned we will never get into a time share again.

Not only did they deliver on their promises, they far exceeded my expectations. I had a unique and very difficult situation. Much to my amazement TCS was able to resolve all the outstanding issues and get my credit on the mend. Everyone I dealt with was up to speed on my account and, like a well oiled machine, the entire staff worked hard to resolve my nightmare. TCS specializes in getting people out of their time share contracts, that is what they do. They focus on timeshares and they are very good at it. They do not back down from anyone, no matter how big the corporation happens to be. If you want to end the misery, call TCS, professional, reliable, effective.

All in all timeshares are easy to get into but a h*** to get out of. The juice is definitely not worth the squeeze. No question that I was extremely hesitant when the program was first introduced. The cost to get this done was shocking since we already couldn't afford the timeshare. Paying it would be difficult with college tuition already being paid for our kids. We bit the bullet and did it. Nothing more was required throughout the entire process. What originally should have taken 18 months actually took 4 nail biting years to complete. COVID was partly to blame for this but it was longer than I expected. We received updates from TSC and they responded to the many panicked emails we sent. That being said the unmitigated relief and unsuppressed happiness we feel that our timeshare nightmare is over is priceless! It was worth every ***. Thank you TSC.

On 6/4, I paid Timeshare Compliance to assist me with exiting a timeshare contract with Westgate Blue Tree Resort in Orlando, FL., paying $3,498.00, later on paying an additional $600 to their law group partner, Carlsbad Law Group, Carlsbad, CA. A Block Order was to be placed on my credit reports to prevent any negative interference from West Blue Tree while my case was being worked on. To date, nothing as been resolved and Carlsbad continues to say that they have to wait for Westgate Blue Tree to respond and that their is nothing they can do. Since I first researched Timeshare Compliance on your website and was confident that your rating was favorable, please assist me in resolving this matter. Even with the pandemic shutdown and restrictions, the contract should be ended, as I've never stayed there. I was told that the process although long, should create an exit out of this contract.

The nightmare is finally over! After an approximate year-long journey with TSC we have found peace. At first, we were skeptical as many of you may also be. We reached out to other companies as well but the service and reviews from the others did not match up to that of TSC. It was a little pricey but compared to the amount of money we would continue to pay throughout the years with our timeshare it was nowhere close so it really is worth it! Once we got on board they were very good with answering our emails and calls for whatever concern we had. There were few delays because of the holiday season and COVID but that was expected and told to us upfront. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and fortunately for us, it was all done in a timely manner. I would advise anyone who truly wants to get out of their timeshare for proper reasons to go with TSC, they are honorable and do great work. They get the job done!

It was my good fortune to have met and worked with the team at Timeshare Compliance. I had owned a timeshare since 1992 and had initially enjoyed the ownership. But over the years, the maintenance fee had ballooned to a ridiculous amount and we could not easily get a reservation because the company was renting the rooms to tourists. So, after investigating many companies that claimed to be able to help me and seeking possibilities online, I learned of Timeshare Compliance. Timeshare Compliance helped me to remediate a situation involving a time share high pressure sales transaction. The legal team at *** Compliance walked me through the process of explaining how I was manipulated by the time share company and pressured into purchasing a time share that I did not want and could not afford. *** Compliance kept in *** with me during the process; they provided regular status updates, and delivered advice on how to proceed with urgency while not being overbearing. I was always able to get in contact with somebody if I had questions or concerns, and I still am able to speak with a representative due to their diligent follow up. This process was long and a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth the money to be rid of that debt, including late fees and negative credit reporting. I am truly blessed to have found Timeshare Compliance. They were honest, professional, very helpful and return calls. I had the unfortunate experience to have my timeshare to be turned over to Holiday Inn from Silverleaf. Holiday *** had taken my vacation time that was inclusive when purchased with Silverleaf. They had no respect that I lost privileges under their leadership. They overcharged me, along with a lot of other unethical remarks. It was a nightmare for me, and I thank God for Timeshare Compliance Team, especially ***. My mother passed unfortunately during this drama, and so it was extra toxic on me to hear this nonsense. They told me I would never be able to get rid of my timeshare under them. In so many words, just deal with it. The joy that I feel now is indescribable. From the beginning we had an agent assigned to us and had a very detailed conversation where the agent gathered all the information regarding our experience from the day 1 onwards. It was very detailed that they even asked us the time we went in till time we came out, what our developers promised and what was not delivered. They made us ensure we went through all of the reviews they have received from other clients before we make any commitment.We went through the cost and payment plan that works for us on the day 1 and within few days we received the agreements for eSignature. They kept us informed throughout the process and every update was shared with us. It was definitely hassle free process unlike with the developers.Best thing about Timeshare compliance was how quickly we got out of the commitment. It only took us less than a year about 6months. L We are pleased with the results that TSC was able to obtain for us. Their services were kind of pricy but compared to the money we would have kept putting into that vacation plan over the years, it was worth it. We had been struggling to keep up with payments for our vacation plan. We didnt even use the plan that often. We kept seeing the advertisement about this company freeing people from their vacation plan; so we decided to call. We werent sure if we should trust them or not but we decided we would. TSC came through! It took a year, but they did what they said they would do. They told us up front that it could possibly take a year to eighteen months. We didnt have to pay anything on the vacation plan the entire time. That was such a relief. We were updated on the progress each quarter.This company that we had our vacation plan with just kept bleeding us for more money. They would offer promotional getaways to fabulous locations on them and we would still have to pay as much as up to $300.00 sometimes. They would wine and dine us and make us feel like we were near royalty.When it came time to talk about upgrading if you say no you see the real motive surface. They treat you like nobodies then. We even had one agent walk away from us before we finished. Even when you do upgrade they kind of disappear from support once you exit the interview. If you need to speak to someone after you get home you dont reach your agent. You might get one call back with more promises. After that you are on your own, never to connect with that agent again.Im grateful that we made the decision to call TSC. We no longer have that frustration of the vacation plan. If youre looking for a way out of your greedy vacation plan company you may want to consider making a call to TSC.

It has been over 2 year now since "hesitantly" my wife and I signed up with your company to assist us in getting out of our Timeshare. I use the word "hesitantly" as I believe companies like yours are all ahead of the average consumer and will scam you if given the opportunity. I guess we were right all along despite the fact I wanted to give you the opportunity to prove me wrong.We hired Timeshare Compliance May . To exit our timeshare we were told this could take up to *** months. Its been over 29 months and still not settled and they have no idea when it would be settled. In all my correspondence with a rep from your company (xxxxx) I was also told not to be alarmed as developers do take a very long time to respond to their attorneys and to continue to forward anything received to xxxxx and also continue to monitor our credit. We were advised NOT make any further payments. We were told this would not have a negative report on our credit, and to continue to monitor or credit/rating account and to reach to them if any issues arose. We found out several months ago that our account has been sent to a collection agency. (which by the way started at around $xxxx and has now ballooned to well over $xxxxx. We last reached out Timeshare Compliance (xxxx) a couple of times (July 26 and August 2--NO RESPONE). We truly feel totally scammed. The icing on the cake so to speak was to lately hear you and are in a lawsuit (xxxxx-the firm you "supposedly" gave our file to) which by the way I have never, ever heard from during the 2 years. The same can be said about your company..NO ONE HAS EVER REACHED OUT TO US SINCE TAKING OUR $$. It is only us reaching out to xxxxx each time the Timeshare company send us their invoices and now the collection agency invoices have been piling up. We are now at a lost as to what we can do next. We have paid in FULL all your payment and the fees to the lawyers. FEELING TOTALLY SCAMMED. SHAME ON YOU ALL.

Whenever you start to try and resolve a dispute with a company it is human nature to become defensive when trying to explain your side of the dispute. This was not the case with your representatives *** or ***. Our initial contact was with ***. He took in our initial request for assistance with our problem.Although it was a short introduction to your company, *** was patient taking all of the information needed to get us started with your company. Once *** had gotten our initial information we became the responsibility of ***. We were looking to achieve a severance of ties with another company. We felt that we had been moved from the column of human beings to being a number on a sheet of paper. Never once have we been left hanging waiting for an answer to a question or a concern. *** has called us back within a very reasonable amount of time, most of the time within an hour of my email message.If *** needed additional documents we were never rushed if we didnt have them right on hand. When we would send what she had asked for *** would always let me know that she had received the documents and that they were exactly what she needed. We were referred to an attorney that worked with your company on a regular basis. If I had a question that was not anything that was handled by the legal department I would be referred back to your company. We were most impressed that our issues had been dealt with in a much shorter period of time than we had anticipated. *** never made promises of exact time span of completion; however she would be kind and reassuring that this whole problem would be behind us as quickly as possible. We are happy to say that the email Congratulating us for the successful completion of resolving our problem. Timeshare Compliance promised to get rid of our timeshare for us 3 years ago and we have not heard anything positive to date. Our credit has been ruined completely and we paid them $8750.00. We keep getting the run around and we always have to chase them to get answers which are always the same. We could have used that money to pay off the timeshare.

I have been in communication with Pandora and requested them to STOP calling me. Despite their written agreement to stop calling me - they have stilled continued to call me. I'm really tired of receiving unwanted phone calls from this company! Your disregard for my expressed written request to stop calling me has violated my 4th Amendment constitutional right to privacy and if you choose not to settle this dispute I shall take whatever actions necessary to seek relief of this violation.

We paid the company $1500 deposit as they promised to get us released from our timeshare commitment that we were pressured into. They also took $750 for a lawyer to fight it. To date, they have made all kinds of promises but done nothing. We feel that we have been scammed. They promised to refund the $1500 and we sign a release and confidentiality agreement. However, we received the release agreement that states no refund. I questioned the release and asked about the refund but then they stated no refund. This has been nothing but a stressful situation and unkept promises. They are trying to bully us into signing documents without a refund as promised.

Timeshare Compliance has failed to get me released from my timeshare contract. I paid them over $10,000.00 over 3 years ago. Their initial time estimate to complete the release was 6 to 8 months. They are advertising a 100% success rate in getting their clients released from their timeshare contracts. This is false advertising. They provide zero communication on my case, and when I inquire about my case, when they do respond, I'm simply told "These things take time, and just wait longer". In addition, they promised minimal damage to my credit rating and the timeshare company has been reporting delinquencies monthly, damaging my credit rating. I've had to purchase additional credit monitoring per Timeshare Compliance' request which has provided zero relief in regards to credit damage. I would like Timeshare Compliance to fulfill their contract with me and get me released from my contract, or provide a full refund with interest and stop advertising a 100% success rate.
