I went and drive 20 miles to try your new tacos. After waiting for them for 15 minutes, and I was the only car in drive thru. I received my 8 tacos, all were cold and so hard my wife and I could not eat them. Total waist of $10 from a senior couple in disability. I have my receipt, order number is 56, I want my money back on my card today or I will spread the word on social media .

Burger King food quality and employees

I went in to the burger King on rivers near McMillan order a dbl stacker and a crispy chicken combo 1 st there was a 20 wait cause the cook was out side gossiping with his friends and the store mgr was sitting in the lobby with kids laughing and didn't address the issue first hand then after 30 min I finally receive my food look threw it cause the cook didn't even wash his hands and didn't wear gloves to make my food

Burger King drive thru

I went to the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants and one ham egg and cheese croissant. I looked in the bag after I moved up and there was one sandwich and some potatoes. I went inside and they changed the order but they acted like it was no big deal happens everyday. When I got home the hanm egg and cheese had no egg on it. I paid for something I didnt get this is just ridiculous.

Burger King tacos

Burger King should be sued for false advertising. So disappointed in Burger King. The tacos I purchased looked nothing like what is pictured in ads and menus. They had little to no lettuce, had no cheese, snd the meat was a deep fried joke. I can go get two of those same tacos but a little bit better at Jack in the Box for 99 cents. (Half the price).

Burger King service, lack of.

Ordered four regular menu items received it 20 minutes later after requesting money be refunded. When I requested a refund I was told that the manager was busy the clerk was told to get the manager. 5 other customers had the same issue. While we were standing in line at least 6 people left the facility. The manager asked one of the employees, the same one that said the manager was busy, to take over a cash register. That employee whined in front of customers saying she didn't want to. The Unknown female manager with blond hair that was working August 4th at 2 o'clock p.m. told her OK and left one register open with 20 people in line.

What crapshow.

Burger King service is always super slow.

I am a regular customer to this burger king. Over the past month and a half the service has been super slow. On more than 8 visits in the drive thru, it has taken me 20- 25 minutes to get my food. and that is only with two cars in front of me. Just last week I sat next to the ordering board and microphone for 15 minutes and no one had answered. there are two drive up ordering areas and someone was in the other one, and I asked her how long she had been there and she said 20 minutes. luckily no one was behind so I was able to back out and go to jack in the box. I was in and out of jack in the box in 10 minutes and noticed that the lady I talked to in the BK drive thru was still in line.

I have even tried dining in. that is no better. Every time I do it takes just as long as it would in the drive thru.

This afternoon there were 3 people ahead of me that were waiting for there food. it took me 23 minutes to get my order.

Burger King service and food.

The service at the Somerset Mall branch is pathetic. Earlier today (04-08-2019) my husband and I visited burger king at the mall for the first time.
We were disgusted by such poor and rude service from the cashier. We asked about the two for R100 deal and what burgers it comes with, she gave us a very vague reply with a very disrespectful tone... A tone as if you don't want to help. The second I asked about the wooper and what is in the burger, again I receive such a rude reply. I then asked about the competition for the 2 for 100 mix or match, she looked confused and didn't explain anything. We were about to order so we could enter the competition when we were told that we needed to have the cellphone app. On the board it did not say anything about an app, instead showed an sms number. We canceled the order and just ordered the 2 for R100 deal.
When we got our food it was cold. The chips were hard and dry. The burger bun was abit hard and very dry. I did not complain to the manager as I was already upset about the service I received upon ordering and was in no mood to argue.

As my first experience in Burger King I was shocked by the food and did not expect to eat food like this. If this the case all over then I would not be visiting the store again.

Burger King taco

The substance they are calling beef in their tacos is a brown liquid like substance. In the commercials you see ground beef when you purchase this product you get what appears to be the slime scraped off the grill after you make the burger. This is just wrong you should sell what you advertise that looks good. The tortilla texture was good the lettuce and tomato was as advertised but that slime your trying to pass off as beef was a joke. I love Burger King and won't eat McDonald's this was a big disappointment.

Burger King burgers

The cashiers in Burger King, KIIT Road, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa were very rude and behaved unprofessionally . They couldn't provide with what we asked from the menu and were making fun of us Infront other customers. Burger King not getting all my food and some food couldn't eat because it was cold and hard

I went to Burger King and ordered a double wopper and large fry and 4 tacos and two pies the pies where a twix and a Hershey pies I didn't get the pies and the tacos were cold and hard to chew there was hardly anything in them except for taco sauce I paid a little over 17 dollars for not being able to eat half of what I got and and not getting all I ordered and I wasn't able to go back to Burger King to switch the food and get the pie because I had to go to work all I had time for was to drop the food off to my kids and go right to work and then I get a call from my kids tell me about the missing food and the tacos not able to be eaten so that meant my son didn't get his dinner

Burger King customer service/ production

I pulled into the drive thru of the local Burger King to order a chicken sandwich. As I was greeted very rudely, "what you want?" I asked for a #10 with no tomato's, which is a spicy chicken sandwich. After I ordered the woman asks, "is that it?" I replied, "No, I also would like a sweet tea." Her reply is, "pull forward." When I get to the window she says nothing just reaches her hand out for the payment. I give her my card and she hands my receipt, card, and sweet tea. I never look at the my receipts usually, so I ball it up and put it in my car and set my tea down. When handed my burger I pull forward. I check my sandwich and it turns out it wasn't a sandwich at all but a burger. To be exact a Texas whopper which is a number 2 and is $9.00 meal. So I drive around to go back to the drive thru. When I get back I tell the woman that I received the wrong meal. She then proceeds to ask me again very rudely, "well, what you want?" So I tell her a #10 like I asked for which is a spicy chicken sandwich! She then tells me to pull forward again. When arriving at the window for the 2nd time, I hand her the burger. I also hand her the receipt and ask for a refund. She then curses and complains, "why isn't this [censored] working!?" I ignore it and continue to wait she then hands me 2 dollars after having paid with my card. At this point I'm really annoyed and not even worried that it was different payment. At the end of the day it will affect her drawer & loose the company, not affect me. I continued to wait, finally my sandwich arrived so I pull forward slightly and check, when checking for my sandwich... there was tomatoes on my sandwich which I specially asked for NO tomatoes. So in the end I couldn't even eat my sandwich bc there was tomato juice and seed all over it which would cause me to have an allergic reaction. I could've went back around for a 3rd time, but chose not to. Burger King has truly disappointed me this time and I have decided not to waste another dollar on this company. Although the sandwich was not wasted.. (given to my boyfriend) I, personally will never eat from here again.

My girl and I just stopped at this burger king and all she wanted was a burger and fries and they replied with the fact that the only meat they were serving was chicken. Burger King with no burgers?! That's just ridiculously irresponsible/ unprofessional we can't for the life of us why a fast food restaurant chain is out of or can't serve their main selling...

Burger King whopper jr.

I had to wait 10 minutes in drive through to make an order, when I went inside it was longer. I ordered all my whopper Jr with extra pickles. Of course when I get home NO pickles on any of them, and my burger had lettuce with the core still in it, the outside piece of onion that was to big for my burger. This is unacceptable and a disgrace to your company. Burger King was my first job and I still remember the quality and care we were taught to put into everything we made. Very disappointed...

Burger King food

Very dirty, Slimy, unsanitary. The bathrooms are disgusting and the pop literally has tasted terribly for like 2 years. They need to clean more and be more clean ALL AROUND being its a food service. The pop machine could get people REALLY sick! The costumer service is a joke, I had a huge order and drove alll the way home and when I got home I looked in the bag and they forgotten my rodeo burgers, cool right? So I call up there and tell them that I'll be back for them if only they could write my name down for the next day, and so they did. Cool! So when I went to go back through the line of drive-thru to ask to but a large fry to go with my rodeo burgers u guys had missed, very rudely she told me "2nd window." The lady there had the balls to say "NEXT TIME U NEED TO COME IN FOR THAT." I was confused because #1 they shouldn't have messed up my order in the first place!
#2 I had ordered food again to go along with them burgers, to get TERRIBLE service and nasty pop. I think it's VERY unsanitary, I'm a cleaner and I would never of expected a food service to be that gross on the inside and out.

Burger King on Century Ave in North St Paul, MN - Horrible food that doesn't look edible. Manager was acting rude, and talking down to a customer (she acted racist, the customer was African and had an accent - she was being excessively loud talking that way ONLY to him and was very hostile).

The cheese sticks were cold and the cheese looks like melted plastic, it doesn't move/stretch either. The packet of canned sauce is just disgusting - I don't even think it's real tomato, tastes like ketchup mixed with cottage cheese and is just as chunky too.

Iced coffee very bitter to the point you can't drink it, tastes like cleaning supplies or amonia.

The taco looks like a baby diaper. The meat doesn't look like real meat and has consistency of refried beans. I threw it out the window and even the crows won't scavenge on it.

Only think I liked is the pop..and ice cream. Won't be back.
