This evening me and my boyfriend stopped in to get a burger. First we went in drivethru, but then we decided to go in because it was very hot out. Upon entering the store the front doors were held wide open for any bug/fly to get in. As soon as we walked in we noticed that it was hotter in the restaurant than outside. The store was a mess, we stood at the counter for a good ten minutes before someone helped us. The manager finally took our order as we had to repeat everything . The manager was running around frantically as another customer brought back there food. We continued to wait for our purchase when the manager gave us our order the fries were cold and the order of fries didn't even fill the box. As we were walking out i looked at my watch and the time was 8:50 p.m. I paid $18.04 to wait 50 minutes for my food. This is totally unacceptable I would like my money back. The store #4831 my order #63 I do still have my receipt.
