Hi, my name is Mike. It was 2:33 am on Thursday August 8th. I drove up to the window to order my food and was told that they are closed. I asked why and at first the lady wouldn't tell me and then when I continue to ask another question she just quit talking. I proceeded to the window and got a chance to speak with a gentleman and he told me that they throw out all the food at 2:30 and start breakfast at 3 to get ready for everybody which is not true because I've lived in this area for nine years and I've eaten at this Burger King for over 6 and I've gotten chicken sandwiches and burgers and fries at 4 a.m. before. The employees that work there are always really rude that don't care about the customers, inside is always filthy. I refuse to sit down at any of the chairs or booths or eat at any of the table because they're never wiped off. there's food left on the table, seats, all over the floor, counters, the tables there's trash inside the drink machines, there's soda all over the floor, the counters, the napkins are empty, the straws are always wet and there's ice all over the floor. ketchup is always empty and sometimes the soda machine doesn't even have the right types of sodas because they won't refill it. Out of order. Omg dont get me started on the bathrooms. Gross. Because of the people you continue to hire there, I refuse to go back anymore. They constantly forgot stuff on my order or they mess it up entirely. I've been disappointed more than happy which is why I've finally broken down and reached out to you guys. I'm sorry for the mixture of words but I'm driving trying to find somewhere to eat because Burger King is the only thing that is open in my area well at least used to be. Now I've got to drive 15 minutes away to get some food. I'm just so dissatisfied and disappointed cause I love burger king the most and they ruined my vibe and experience. Bunch of A holes that work there with attitudes and I'm afraid to complain to the manager cause I'm afraid they're gonna mess with my food in the future. So now I can trust them cause they know my face now that I've confronted them politely about there job. Well of course they didnt like it. So I'm talking to you guys instead. I dont know what to do? The inside is disgusting, the employees are shady, the food is never fresh and hot. You can tell it's old cause it's always flat, stiff, and chewy. The bread is so hard sometimes, you can knock on it hahahah I wish I was exaggerating. Out of all my years of having a problem with any fast food restaurant I have never once gone the corporate this is my first time, that's how bad it is. This burger king is a disaster and I'm never goin back. I ate there 4 out of 7 days of the week at least. I always get 2 chicken sandwiches with mustard, ketchup, pickles, and cheese only, fries, nuggets, 4 double, and a crispy chicken. I eat most of it otw home and save the rest for later. That's my routine. Now 0 and I dont have one now. This sucks. Well I hope something drastic is done, I know I cant be the only one. This place is bad. I'm 34 years old and this is the worst I've experienced and I'm ashamed it in my town. The worst by far. Come see for yourself.

The tacos have been advertised repeatedly and I finally decided to try them. First off, I had to park and wait for an extended period of time after going through the drivethru. Also, could not understand the young lady that took my order. Shouldn't you have to be understandable when working a drivethru? After all that, the product was totally not worth the wait. The shell was so hard I couldn't bite it and the meat inside was like dog food. Also, same incoherent server all but threw them at me. (No, sorry for your wait, nothing). So utterly disappointing and disgusting. My advice for Burger King is leave tacos to the Mexican Restaurants and hire better employees!

Yes when I order my food I asked for no lettuces on my chicken jr and when I got home it was cold and full of lettuce than I order my son a burger with only ketchup because he allergic to pickles and when I got home his burger had everything thing on it I believe that screen is there for a reason to make the food how the customer want there food and should have been made the right not wrong way especially when I pay for me with my money Never Would Go back to this burger king

I went to the drive up today during my lunch hour and there were six cars in front of me. It took me 20 minutes to get my food. A coworker also went there and was told to pull over and they would bring her food to her. After 15 minutes she went inside and they forgot her order. She said there were several angry people waiting for their food. They need new management at this location. I will not be going back. By the way, the tacos are horrible!

Ordering the food wasn't the issue. It's when we paid and received the food is the issue started. First whose bright idea was it to put the window employee who has the least amount of teeth at the front. She had one tooth in front and it was rotten to the core. That really made my family and I enjoy our food. I had better servers at the DFAC in Iraq and they were locals. Once we got our food the problem got worse. We received no onions rings that we had ordered. And after checking our whoppers we had noticed no bacon which was ordered, and no lettuce or tomato! Isn't this your signature sandwich!? I spent 38.72 for all of this. Attached is my receipt from the register that was screaming to have the ink replenished.
What does her lack of teeth have to do with the service you got? They cannot discriminate based on appearance. While the rest of the issues is a right to complain, you are discriminating due to her lack of teeth? Maybe she has a medical problem.

Everytime I come here I order Whopper with cheese no pickle, they never get it right. Always have to wait again for the correct sandwich. Roaches crawling in the floor. Bathrooms are always nasty and the staff are not friendly at all. I would drive 30 miles to the nearest Burger King before I would eat here again. This is the nastiest Burger King I've ever seen!

I've worked at a handful of fast food chain stores and most I know all carry and have the same rules on family members being managers at the Same store well this one has 3, store manager cj has decided to hire his brother, his cousin, and soon to be nephew in law, to be another manager, and opportunity is supposed to be available and equal to everyone. From the months I've put in as a full time team member, I can say without a a doubt their is definitely a whole lot of favoritism being show to the store managers relatives instead of the other employees who do work hard as I do and would like to know if something can be done about this. And how soon?

I have now been to this Burger King 3 times to try the new tacos. I am being told they are sold out. The last 2 attempts were on Thursday August 1st and Saturday August 3rd both times were around 4 pm. I do not care for this Burger King because every time I go there I am made to pull forward to wait for my order instead of waiting at the window. This happens whether there is someone in the line behind me or not.
I would very much like to try your new product however I find it hard to believe that every day at 4 pm they are sold out. I will not go to this Burger King again because they are not customer oriented. This location looks like it could use my business as it never seems they are very busy.

I went and drive 20 miles to try your new tacos. After waiting for them for 15 minutes, and I was the only car in drive thru. I received my 8 tacos, all were cold and so hard my wife and I could not eat them. Total waist of $10 from a senior couple in disability.
