Went to our local Burger King today and was in line for over 10 minutes. I order a special from the app and the app kept gliching where I couldn't get the code for the chicken fries. I told the lady what happened and she rudely answered that if I didn't have the code then they couldn't do anything about it. I told her how I had been in line for so long ( lunch hour) and if she could ask the manager. She said she was the manager rudely again so I told her I would submit a complaint. I'm upset that she didn't care to see what the problem was and was rude and inpatient. I've heard from others they have problems with the app too. I wanted 15 min of my short lunch and was treated poorly. Managers name was Cathy. At least that's what she said her name was Over the speaker.
