Burger King

1st I want to say I know they are trying to cheat their system by always asking you to wait while they get your drinks before you proceed to the next window. They do this every time even if no cars in front of me. A few times now they have also messed up the order on 2 different occasions they gave me extra Mayo on my chicken sandwich when I asked for NO mayo. One of those times I didn't check it till I was already back at work so I suffered through it. The 2nd time I had to pull ahead & wait for them to cook another Chicken as that was their last one. So today I think I will keep it simple & order nuggets. But again my bad didn't check it till I got home, but I did not have the nuggets but instead got chicken fries.. if they paid as much attention to the orders as they did in trying to cheat their timers on orders maybe they'd do a better job at pleasing their customers...

Went with family (4 people). The place was extremely dirty. One member of our family didn't even order because of the disgusting surroundings. Waited 8 minutes for 2 burgers. Had to remind them twice that we also ordered fries and chicken nuggets. Waited another 4 minutes for a milkshake and then 12 minutes after we placed the order, they told us the milkshake machine was not even turned on. The employee acted like it was not a big deal-no apology for keeping us waiting for 12 minutes. The restroom and the entire restaurant was gross. There was trash all over the floor and the floor was so sticky. Clearly wasn't washed anytime recently. There were also trash and wrappers on several empty tables. Worst fAst food experience in my 54 years ever!

I recently went to the Fairhaven Burger King location on 8/9/19 at approximately 7pm. My husband ordered a large combo meal fish sandwich plain with a coke and fries. I ordered a medium whopper jr with cheese meal diet coke and onion rings. We also ordered a 4pc nugget, ranch sauce. The cost was $17.53. We get to the window and there are 2 girls laughing and joking around. We get the wrong change back and then we are handed two drinks. The girl at the window did not know which one was coke or diet because "she did not make it". Then we get handed a bag and she walks away - I look briefly in the bag and see 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. We have to knock on the window to get her attention and I say we are missing onion ring, nuggets and ranch saunce and how about ketchup/salt/pepper. She comes back and gives us a bag with nuggets/fries/sauce/onion rings. I said well her screw up to give us another fry. Now we have 3 fries vs 1 but whatever we go home. We get home and open our food and we have 2 whopper jrs no cheese old and disgusting and no fish. We live about 10 minutes from location so I was not going to go back and when I called to speak with a manager, I was told he "stepped out". I left a message and no call back. Come on, now. Fast food is not cheap and the experience was weak at best. Step it up Fairhaven!

The Burger King I went to this morning for breakfast was advertising mix and match sourdough bread ham egg n cheese and the don't have that because it was discontinued. They also said that the "New, " French toast breakfast sandwiches were discontinued but the digital advertisement said new. I don't frequent Burger King very often but I think that the advertising should be exact to what is being offered. I am kind of disappointed and not that I will stop from coming but this experience sucked and kind of makes me think of getting breakfast at BK even less because the last few times, what is being advertised they don't have anymore

Burger King at 11 Crowfoot Terrace NW, Calgary, AB T3G 4J8

I was scammed at this place yesterday. I am a 75 year old senior at this restaurant with my grandchildren. We tried to order the $4.99 special that Burger King is advertising and the person in charge said it ended yesterday and so we paid full price. I see today the the $4.99 deal is still being advertised.

If you care about honesty in business, take you need to deal with this outlet. I am particularly upset because I think the management viewed this an opportunity to take advantage of a senior.

I am requesting vouchers for 3 Whooper deals as a result. Thank you for your help.

I have never complained before but I went to the burger king on 6319 US 19 in New Port Richey and placed an order which when getting home was missing 2 original chicken sandwiches needless to say very upset and swore would never go to that burger king again. So a week later placed order #84 now at 3444 US 19 in holiday and was missing the double cheeseburger in that order. I own several businesses and it does not seem that hard to get a fast food order correct. Have never had a McDonald's or Wendy's order messed up. Your tacos are very good but the service is horrible.

On Wednesday August 7th my husband and brother in law arrived at the restuarant at 10:05pm. They were told the inside was closed and to use the drive thru. Unfortunately they explained to the staff that the delivery truck they were driving would not fit. While it is understandable that they were closed inside and could not serve, it's what the manager recommended that is cause for concern. Mr. Daveson told them walk through the drive thru. Now having worked in the industry I know this is un called for and very unsafe. Please contact me so any further discuss this incident at [protected].

I came in around lunch time on August 9, 2019 the cashiers and manager was in a huddle talking about a previous customers complaint and I stood there waiting for 10 mins and then the cashier finally came to counter and asked who's next...I was standing at the counter already then she overlooked me and took the couple behind me order and I asked why was I skipped she said that she didn't know...I asked where manager she said she didn't know...once I ordered I waited short time for my food which was good but when I walked out to my car the manager on duty was getting out of a vehicle and it smelled just like marijuana coming out of vehicle

Why do employees talk so loud? They sit out in restaurant and yell back and forth with those in the kitchen carrying on a conversation. Totally oblivious to the customers in the restaurant trying to relax and enjoy their burger. One lady employee sitting out here on her phone talking so loud! I know fast food work is not glamorous but seriously who wants to come inside and experience this?

I go to the Burger King In Sylva, NC quite often. Lately the service has been going down hill as has the cleanliness. Today 8/8/2019, I went through the drive through. No one was in front of me so I ordered quickly. It was 11:31 by my clock and I thought this is great, I beat the lunch rush.
I ordered a whopper with cheese, and a whopper jr combo. I paid and was handed my drink. At 11:46 I left. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes and no one would even come to the window and tell me what the problem was. I could see orders going out at the counter. I could also see two bags with food sitting that were for the drive in lane.
So, I paid $ 10.25 for a drink.
You can rest assured that Burger King in Sylva will no longer be on my list of places to get lunch
