I love Burger Kings flamed broil taste, but since ive became a vegetarian ive notice that your sales cater to mostly meat eaters. When are the vegetarians entitled to a sale from Burger King? Its not fair that we pay full price for a veggie burger ALL the time. I look at it like this, the longer i live the more money i can spend on burger kings veggie burgers(You make more money from the living not the dead). 😀
Anyway, i hope in the recent future more sales and more choices for the veggie lovers and vegans. Change is a must and at this day and time healthier living is on the minds folks. Living a longer and healthier life is the key.

I went to a Burger King on lake June yesterday. Long story short, the guy swiped my card twice and charged me twice when I asked him if he charged me twice he said no so I went home to get ready for work. order was completely wrong
When letting the drive through cashier know the order was wrong, she ststed well its to bad they are already made. The order called for plain and they were made with condiments. Unfortunately my kids are allergenic. I should have just let them eat the bugers and sued burger king because theur employee did not want to fix the order. They also need to work on their customer service skills.

I ordered a Ultimate Breakfast Platter and did not receive all my food. I did not receive the hash browns that come with the platter. Was unable to return to store due to me finding out after I was at work which is a hour from the Burger King location. Called the store and asked for a manager. i love my local vinton Burger King, and the emeplys are great. but i was very disapointed to find out that just a sausage croissant is the same price as a sausage egg and cheese. why??? if i would have add the extra (egg, cheese) i would cost more, if i would have known that i would have not gotten that almost seven dollars was to much for a small sandwich. services was great

Firstly I have documented my awful experiences both at your Fethiye central restaurant today 30/07/19 and your Dalaman airport restaurant 15/07/19 in the form of photos of the appalling meal recieved and the lack of cleanliness. After the prices that were paid when you convert the Turkish lira to dollars or pounds it's ridiculous in respect of what your receiving! I were very disgusted to see people sitting at tables covers in trays of disgarded finished food sauce pots wrapping and paper cups ! I had to clean my own table down prior to eating and NOT ONE waiter/waitress member of staff team member however you wish to refer to your staff not one came to clear down any of the tables ! The standard of presentation and O spec quality level we're shameful ! I'm so very disappointed I used to live a Burger King 🤴🏽 growing up over Macdonalds or KFC but you've really seem to of let yourselves down in terms of quality levels customer experiences and as for your cashier/front of house members well there very much to be desired 😬 interaction skills were non existent baring in mind I can speak Turkish they had attitudes with each other as well as towards customers and very bad levels of communication amongst the ranks were abundantly clear to everyone ! Such a shame !

the whole experience
We came to the BK restaurant at 13.30 on 30/07 2019. There were 5 people before us in the line. One registry was open.
Our order was taken at 13.57. The excuse that was given by the only person in taking the orders was "it came a big order we are dealing with"
It was 1 whopper meal and 4 kids menus.
Whilst the guy taking our order (Olof) the man from the big order came back with 4 cheese burgers. not containing cheese.. then we watched 4 people opening the burgers and discussing the issue saying "let's just add cheese". Health and safety regulations is apparently not important.
Our order was eventually taken and we sat down. (Now there was 15 people behind us.) I explained that one of my children is type 1 diabetic and I asked how long it would take to get the food so we can prebolus insulin. "It won't be more than 5 min"
15 min later I had to take my child over to the soda machines to give her some full sugar coke due to her blood glucose was coming down like a rocket.
I was then informed by a young man with a bad attitude that I was stealing and it would be 10sek for a refill and that I shouldn't give a diabetic sugar drink cause "that's is how she became diabetic in the first place" I do not appreciate being taught how to care for my child by an 18 year old. And I informed him that if she do not drink the coke she will die. Also my child was diagnosed at 16 months whilst still being breast fed. Also her twin is non diabetic
Sitting and waiting some friends to the cashier came in. They got their food straight away and left before we had our food delivered
It took 30 min to get our food. It was cold. At this point we just needed food so we just ate it
However we only got two of our three ordered adult meals. The 6 pack of chicken nuggets for the kids had 5 nuggets and they forgot the union rings. The last adult meal arrived 10 min later with the union rings we had to ask for 2 times. This was also cold
I have never been treated this bad in my life. The concept of "fast" food seams not apply to Burger King and discriminating and bad customer service is apparently norm.
I would like an email with a response from the complains team. I do not think this experience is appropriate nor acceptable

I have visited Burger king in M1 Lusk Northbound on 29th July at 9 pm and ordered 2 chicken royale meals, 1 chicken royale and chicken nuggets x 9 . I went through the drive thru around 5:30 and ordered 2 spicy chicken meals, drive up to the window and waited 10 min before they came to the window telling me to pull around and wait. They didn't even ask for my money, just had me pull around to the side. I waited for 20 more min and nobody came out. I had kids in my car, I couldn't get out to go in and the drive thru was packed. Highly disappointed. Wasting my gas, my time, and not even getting any food.

I had a coupon for two whopper junior and two small fries. We only got one small fry, so really not sure if we even got a deal on this at all. Also, we ordered chicken fries. They came out cold. Last time we ordered here, we wanted no mayo, and there was mayo on both sandwiches. I parked after i got out of the drive through, and had to wait about ten minutes to get my burger fixed. There seems to be something wrong with my order every time I go to this location.

On July 27th in the evening I went to the Burger King drive thru after driving across the state and was very tired and hungry. I ordered a veggie burger with everything including mustard. I repeated this twice. My husband ordered a whopper. We paid for the food and they gave us the bag. We took it back to the motel and I opened my veggie burger. It was a shicy chicken burger. I am a vegetarian, that is why I ordered a veggie burger with everything and mustard because it is one of my favorite meals. I was so tired I did not drive back across Page to return it, I just fed it to the dog and went to bed.
So the next morning I took the bag and the wrapper and a piece of the chicken back to the Burger King and asked to talk with the manager, expecting I would get an apology and replacement veggie burger. The guy said he needed a receipt. I told him the drive thru did not give a receipt, there was none in the bag or in the truck or the garbage because I had searched for it. He kept saying it was his policy to get a receipt. I told they did not give me a receipt. He said he was not there last night. He also admitted that employees not giving receipt had happened before. I said since you are the manager here, can you override this policy? He kept saying it is his policy to get a receipt. I left very frustrated and angry. I do not understand this. Customer service has always been important to Burger King. Burger King veggie burgers are something I have always looked forward to. Can you please give me a credit for a veggie burger? That is all I ask. Thank you
all sandwich
I really like Burger King however, the standards as far as setting up the sandwiches are poor . I have experienced poor tomatoes and minimal amounts of condiments I believe are neglected due to eaither low budget or a non caring attitude. A tomato is supposed to cover the whole sandwich. Not a quarter. May you make all sandwich standards the same then I wouldn't have to look to see how big my tomato was. I would like to know how and when you are going to make all sandwiches and tomatoes equal.
