Burger King product

I have visited Burger king in M1 Lusk Northbound on 29th July at 9 pm and ordered 2 chicken royale meals, 1 chicken royale and chicken nuggets x 9 . Burgers were not in good appearence, taste and hygeinic . They tasted rotten . We were really disappointed as we were travelling from Kildare to home . Everyone of us were really hungry . Took away the order otherwise I would bave been gone back to restaurent to return them . Please reply me as soon as possible

Burger King receipt

I have been to 2 different stores here in Modesto, CA in the past few weeks and every receipt that I received had a strip of ink missing running along the whole length. I would really like to provide you with feedback but the survey code is never fully legible. It's happened to me at least 6 times now at 2 different stores. Can you please remedy this issue? Burger King no service

I went through the drive thru around 5:30 and ordered 2 spicy chicken meals, drive up to the window and waited 10 min before they came to the window telling me to pull around and wait. They didn't even ask for my money, just had me pull around to the side. I waited for 20 more min and nobody came out. I had kids in my car, I couldn't get out to go in and the drive thru was packed. Highly disappointed. Wasting my gas, my time, and not even getting any food.

went in to get a salad for lunch today 7-29-2019, and was told they didnt have salads... answer was because "they dont send us the stuff to make them"... That is an unacceptable answer... They had lettuce, tomato and chicken what else does it take to make a salad?????? the Manager offered me a burger with no bread as a substitute... I have gout and wanted a salad for a reason!!!

Burger King whopper junior for two

I had a coupon for two whopper junior and two small fries. We only got one small fry, so really not sure if we even got a deal on this at all. Also, we ordered chicken fries. They came out cold. Last time we ordered here, we wanted no mayo, and there was mayo on both sandwiches. I parked after i got out of the drive through, and had to wait about ten minutes to get my burger fixed. There seems to be something wrong with my order every time I go to this location.

Burger King employee error not done anything about by manager

On July 27th in the evening I went to the Burger King drive thru after driving across the state and was very tired and hungry. I ordered a veggie burger with everything including mustard. I repeated this twice. My husband ordered a whopper. We paid for the food and they gave us the bag. We took it back to the motel and I opened my veggie burger. It was a shicy chicken burger. I am a vegetarian, that is why I ordered a veggie burger with everything and mustard because it is one of my favorite meals. I was so tired I did not drive back across Page to return it, I just fed it to the dog and went to bed.

So the next morning I took the bag and the wrapper and a piece of the chicken back to the Burger King and asked to talk with the manager, expecting I would get an apology and replacement veggie burger. The guy said he needed a receipt. I told him the drive thru did not give a receipt, there was none in the bag or in the truck or the garbage because I had searched for it. He kept saying it was his policy to get a receipt. I told they did not give me a receipt. He said he was not there last night. He also admitted that employees not giving receipt had happened before. I said since you are the manager here, can you override this policy? He kept saying it is his policy to get a receipt. I left very frustrated and angry. I do not understand this. Customer service has always been important to Burger King. Burger King veggie burgers are something I have always looked forward to. Can you please give me a credit for a veggie burger? That is all I ask. Thank you

Burger King all sandwich

I really like Burger King however, the standards as far as setting up the sandwiches are poor . I have experienced poor tomatoes and minimal amounts of condiments I believe are neglected due to eaither low budget or a non caring attitude. A tomato is supposed to cover the whole sandwich. Not a quarter. May you make all sandwich standards the same then I wouldn't have to look to see how big my tomato was. I would like to know how and when you are going to make all sandwiches and tomatoes equal.

Burger King pork sandwich, tacos, onion rings

Nothing has been done on a complaint I turned in over a week ago. BK headquarters said someone from the store would call me and no one ever did. It was a terrible waste of money on a meal for two...
Two pork sandwiches, two tacos, and a large onion ring..
For a total of 17.87 all I want is a refund on a meal that we threw away. Bk was too far away to return that day and we cannot believe you think every meal is going to be perfect...mistakes happen... I have been eating at Bk for 50 years having grown up in Miami and south Florida, And all I was hoping for is a refund...

Burger King everything

My family and I went to the Sturbridge Burger King to get lunch. There was a sign on the door no ice cream or milkshakes to start. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. The assistant manager took our order and couldn't get it right. She acted as thought we were speaking a foreign language, and then proceeded to tell us she was having a brain fart. Then when we finally got our food my crispy chicken with bacon and cheese, was over cooked and completely dried out (old). So I took it back to the counter to order a new one and waited 10 minutes before any even acknowledged me. I finally got my new fresh sandwich( 10 minutes later). Then my sister went to the counter to ask what kind of pies they had and was ignored for 15 minutes, then she got a written list that listed the Oreo pie and others. I went to order 2 Hersey pies and 2 Oreo cheesecake. I waited 15 minutes while the staff walked back and forth looking for them. Finally after looking 4 times each the two asked the assistant manager and she said oh yeah they were discontinued a month ago. I said then why was I able to order them and was told oh because the staff didn't know that they were discontinued. Then it took another 10 minutes and me giving back the change I just got from ordering them. Only to get charged for the 2 hersey pies... the pies came out of the refrigerator and were already melted. My sisters ate them anyway. Then when we were leaving they just stood at the counter and didn't say good bye, have a nice day or anything. Rude staff, no condiments, and very little food ( no good tasting at least).

Burger King moldy whopper

I bought a wopper and it was covered in mold on the bottom of the bun. I went to the counter and the clerk snatched it from my hands and gave me a number to headquarters. The guy I talked to at head quarters said burgerking has a claus and aren't liable for buns because they're made somewhere else. Then he told me to be lucky that mold is all I got and that dead rats are found when they open the buns all the time and to have a good day. Well I've let this slide and sent a couple letters but now I'll just let the public know about the rats. Have a nice day.

I purchased a Pulled Pork King sandwich at the drive-through yesterday for my girlfriend. She's been meaning to try one for a while. Well, I'm here to tell you it was NOT worth $6.05. What a F***ing RIP-OFF!! What we got was a bun with NOT enough pulled pork to even cover the whole sandwich, a few pickles and some BBQ sauce and NO onion straws. I'm curious!...

Burger King liberal kansas burger king

Drive Thru is supposed to be open 24/7 if I am not mistaken, there are two people here and one seen me and went to the back so I can't see them no more! Went back around nothing, parked at the window nothing, absolutely frustrating because this is the only drive thru open in our town! Someone needs to tell them employees something! I'm usually a patient person but when I made eye contact with the lady and she just leaves I felt really disrespected. So I'm staying till they come out!

Burger King product

Purchased a Whopper meal with NO onions from Burger King on 22nd St in Tucson AZ. The Whopper had Onions, NO tomatoes, barely had lett. and it was cold. The fries wasn't even half way in the fries packet and I had over 10 packets of ketchup. I was pissed. If I was driving my own car I would have taken this order back asked for a refund immediately 😑😑😑

Burger King tacos

We recently purchased 4 of your tacos and were very disappointed. They had no lettuce or cheese in them just the taco shell and what tasted like a meat and bean mixture of maybe a couple of teaspoonsful . Unfortunately we will not order them again. The flavor of the meat was mediocre. They had approximately 9 or 10 made ahead and were only luke warm.
