Hi Burger King Team,
I’m a very regular customer and visit your drive-through almost every second night with my vegetarian family. We strictly avoid meat due to allergies.
Last night, I ordered salad and plant-based burgers, as usual. After parking nearby and handing out the burgers to my family, we discovered they contained what looked and tasted like beef. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable for us, both ethically and due to health risks.
I returned to the store immediately, but the staff member who took my order was very casual and unbothered. They swapped the burgers, but the new ones were still wrong—missing pineapple, which I had originally included. I had to return yet again to get the correct order.
I’m extremely disappointed—not only by the repeated mistakes, but by the lack of apology or care shown by the staff. This has shaken our trust in Burger King.
I would appreciate a sincere apology and some form of compensation for this experience, given the seriousness of serving incorrect food to customers with dietary restrictions.
