Burger and french fry
I ordered food 3 whoppers and 3 cheese burger I requested everything plain with cheese and got everything on it and I live about 30 minutes away from the restaurant I also recieved a pack of french fries and there was fry with green stuff on it never have I experienced that.

On 12/27/2020 around 515PM hrs I observed two persons updating the marquee in the drive thru, one without a mask and one partially on and these two persons was 1-2 feet apart and next to vehicles in the drive thru. During this covid time where the customer service and safety. I did asked for the manager at the speaker in the drive but after a paused the female person stated she was the manager the GM is outside, I told her the issued and ask her name she said she will address the issued but refused to give name. I have trouble before with customer service now customer safety which I will not returned after this.
Drive-thru service
Apparently the BK crew has found a way to manipulate the system by asking drive-thru customers to stop before reaching window so you will not "be added to their timer", until your food is ready. Yes, the black male employee actually told me this when I asked why I had to stop & wait! Sad! Really sad!

Ok, so my sister works at Walmart...and told me they had to go 'cash only ' all day today because of AT&Ts issues after the damage the HQ suffered.
I pulled into Burger King in Loudon Tn tonight and the line was moving extremely slowly. I finally get up to the window and hand over my card and the employee makes an exaggerated show of swiping it like ten times and then informs me that it won't work because of the ATT&T issue in Nashville. I have been waiting 45 minutes...so I pay cash to get my food and be on my way.
My problem is. ..that I then realize they are intentionally NOT informing customers at the drive thru speaker that their card reader is not working, with the expectation that after waiting for and excessive amount of time on their food that people will pay in cash after expecting to use the card.
Of course Burger King will ultimately make more money this way instead of customers cancelling their orders when realizing the wait is going to be an extra 30 minutes while the employees stand there and reswipe each card acting like they dont know what's going on...when they've known it for 18 hours!

Beaver Dam wi 53916 Every time we go to Burger King our order is always wrong. No sauce for our nuggets, whopper with no ketchup hardly any mayo, apple pie literally frozen. Received a gift card/certificate in the amount of $10 via my email. Burger King refuses to take paper gift cards.
My crown Card number is [protected]. What am I suppose to do now? They said they only take a regular gift card. I have tried a few restaurants and they all say the same thing. The Burger King on exit 84b in Murfreesboro Tn. Their address is 1533 Joe B Jackson pkwy in Murfreesboro TN. This restaurant never makes coffee for their customers. They always say the coffee machine is broken. Their lobby is never cleaned neither are their bathrooms. There are cobwebs in the windows. The windows, tables, and floors are dirty. Their frozen coke machines are always out of order as well.

I said plain on 2 and they still put everything on it, and when I came back I asked for fresh fries to go with burgers and they looked at me like something was wrong after I had to drive 15 mins to come back. If they could just greet the customers and not look sad all the time people would appreciate them even if order is incorrect.

Service was unacceptable wait time for drive thru 15 min. Then 10 min. To window as soon as I pulled up to the window the girl with the orange dreadlocks walked away to work the front counter all the while watching me sit and wait for my order. This is not the only place in my town to get fast food. I will never set foot at this burger chain again.

I received cold, (wrinkled) old fries that were overcooked. The edges of my junior whopper were hard - like it had been sitting too long. I had to leave the drive-thru and go into the restaurant (twice) for incorrect order. They were out of onion rings. Did not get any napkins or straws. I ordered 3 whoppers no/cheese and a small fry. Your sign showed the bill to be $11.11. I pulled up to the window and gave the girl a $20 dollar bill a dime and a penny. she put the money in the change drawer and walked away to bag our food, and, another girl walked to the the register to give me the change. The bag and change were handed to me at the same time. I handed the bag and change to my wife and pulled away. My wife said "that's not right" She only gave you $7.00 change. There was no receipt in the bag. I have had a knee replacement so my wife said she would go inside to find out what happened to my change. The girl told her our bill was $13.28. we know it was not but we didn't get a receipt. My wife managed a fast food res. many years ago and thinks that money could be pocketed.
