Burger King

Went to the Burger King on Hespeler Rd Cambridge now my complaint is everytime I go there no matter time of or night my food is always cold we were there tonight dec 23 2020 730pm busy in drive thru went to the window and payed got my food left drive window and sat right there in the parking lot to eat... One whopper with cheese no pickle no onion 2 plain cheeseburger small fries and small drink fries cold cheese on cheese burgers cold burger cold why is this when it is so busy in there the food should be hot... I know this I use to work for them about 30 yrs ago I dont think things have changed that much that food leaves cold and when you pay good money for hot food and get cold, this is not the first time I keep trying but it's still cold when I have asked for hot still cold its like they dont care bout the customer... I have gone inside as well got the same cold food.. So now I wont be going back to that burger king again
