On 1/25 I purchased a breakfast burrito from the store located at I 20 and Mansfield Hwy., Ft. Worth, Tx. with a coke for about $7.oo. I had to wait at the side door for a long time. Burger King Rude behavior and No service unless I was in a vehicle

I just had the worst experience at Burger King.
The Burger King near my work is at Schofield Ave in Stevens Point, WI.
It appears that a person can only be served if they are in a vehicle.

I walked to this BK.

When I arrived, I got the attention of the person at the window and told her that I would be walking back to the drive thru ordering spot, but I hoped she would notice me in my turn.

I walked back to the drive thru spot where there are 2 lanes. I got in line in one of the lanes and waited until the truck ahead of me placed his order. Then I positioned myself by the speaker waiting. While I waited 3 cars were served at the other line including 2 that arrived after me. So, I got in the line of cars waiting to pick-up their order. When I reached my turn at the window. I rapped on the window and asked to place an order. The man there told me, "We don't have time for you." I asked why and he said the they were busy and repeated, "We don't have time for you." I left.

Previously, I have visited this BK and walked thru the drive thru and had a pleasant experience. In one case, the server said that they need to have a better way for people to walk up and order.

Desired outcome: Figure out how to serve walk up customers!

Burger King Customers should not be considered an inconvenience.

To Whom it may concern,
I don't believe I have ever shared a poor dining experience (online) ever in my life. However, I am compelled to, after my experience yesterday, Sunday January 24th, 2021.
I entered BK early Sunday afternoon hoping to catch a quick burger, to tide me over, as I was running errands before the NFL playoffs. Time was of the essence, as I still had several stops to make. With one customer in front of me, I thought this should go smooth and quickly. I noticed the BK $5 Meal Deal of the day was a double bacon cheeseburger w/small fries and a small drink. Bang, that'll work.
Once my turn to order came up, I approached the counter and made eye contact with Michael (at least that is the name on my receipt, he did not have a name tag on). After an uncomfortable several seconds, I realized I was not going to receive a greeting or a "Welcome to Burger King, Can I help you" and placed my order for the Meal Deal plastered on the front window. My order seemed like it confused young Michael.
After paying my $5.33 (exact change thank you), I received my receipt (Order232) dated 01/24/2021 @ 12:45 PM and stepped aside to wait. Although the drive thru was busy (a young gal seemed to be handling it) the coordination between the cooks and the front counter seemed less than stellar. I simply chose to observe as I waited. After about 6 or 8 minutes, I started looking for the hidden cameras. I was suspecting I was getting pranked as the 10 minute mark came and went.
Meanwhile, Michael had asked the next gentleman (2nd after myself) to wait a few minutes while he took care of "these" orders. At the 12:57 PM mark (time on the register) a couple bags of food were set on the counter. Michael continued over to the cups and straws, returning to set my cup and lid, drinking side down on the counter. Which I politely declined. The whole time he was mumbling something under his breath, as the wait (to order) line grew to 6 then 7, now 8 people. I quietly half joked with the next gentleman (still waiting to order) that he could go to a couple nearby sit-down restaurants and probably get served faster!
Once I actually had my meal in hand, I just had to check the time on the register again. 1 PM.
15 minutes to get a burger and onion rings which I consumed in 8 minutes. (I'm a slow eater.)
During my approximate 25 minute adventure, I did not see anyone wipe off a table or the service counter. Not once. Michael was handling the money and bagging the meals with ungloved hands the entire time. Obviously no one has ever introduced him to ServSafe training.
I have been visiting this Burger King, usually a few times a week, since it opened. It has normally been a pleasant experience. I'm still in amazement about yesterday. There are so many more dining choices in the immediate vicinity, that seem to want to please the customer. And I'm really not interested in your FREE WHOPPER for taking a survey, thank you.
I left Burger King #026880, 3991 SE Federal Hwy Stuart, Fl. feeling I was an inconvenience to Burger King.

Went to the Burger King on National Road West in Richmond Indiana. Was pulled forward for 6 sandwiches and fries which would be okay if we didn't wait almost 30 minutes to be told they was waiting on fries. All of our fries was almost cold not fresh at all! Burger King Survey Restrictions

The customer is only allowed to complete a survey 1 X every two weeks. I eat there everyday. The completion of the survey allows a free prize. The competition allows a survey to be completed with each purchase. If BK would do this it would increase the volume of business.

Burger king on 441 Eustis, FL would not take gift card. I gave them one with a couple bucks on it and it went through. I have another Burger King card and their machine wouldn't take it and they made no attempt to run it manually. It is a happy eats card and it has Burger King logo on it. At least they got my two bucks off old gift card greedy bunch. I bet they got some food themselves with their company discount

Burger King Wait time

I was in you Clovis location on Herndon and Clovis Ave in Clovis CA and it took me over an hour as I'm still waiting for me food. I got in line at 6:17pm with 6 cars in front of me and did not leave until 7:34pm. An average wait time of over 20 minutes a car. Don't you have some standards of a cars wait time as a company? I believe it's called fast food for a reason it's suppose to be fast! If this was the only time this has happened I would not say anything but this happens every time I got to you stores in my area. I would like a call to at [protected] about this or I will never ever spend one more dime at your stores...

Only 5 cars in line. And it took 40 minutes to get to the window and watched 4 employees standing around. While I waited another 10 minutes to get my money and then I get my food its freaking ice-cold and then had to wait another 5 minutes for a Sundae. I worked fast-food this would get you fired and in a hurry. This is not the first time they are just getting a lot worse.

Burger King 4 sausage egg cheese crossaints

i called and talked to someone on 1-3-2021 and was told i would get a 20 dollar gift card sent to my e-mail and i have yet to recieve it. i have never had a problem with any of your restauraunts and am a little disappointed in the customer service . i hope this is some kind of mistake and if it is i am sure it will get resolved. again i love your food and would hate for this to make me choose a different fast food service.

16Jan2021 - order 88 drive through order Bacon King with no mayo, no ketchup, no sauce. Problem - extra mayo, extra ketchup. Called complained and was instructed to come in to return sandwich. Drove to the restaurant and returned my meal. Representative tried to convince me it was my fault. Receipt says other wise.
