Burger King review: Receipt short on redemption space

The BK website tells us to enter our redemption code on the receipt in the block shown on the first image. Hmm... receipt BK restaurant issued me is short and cuts off that part completely. This is the 2nd time now. How do I redeem my BK reward since the receipt doesn't even have that part? Big promo about BK rewards, but then they short-receipt you and you can't claim the rewards.
