Burger King Customer service

I frequent BK several times a week. I moved to another BK location as the one I usually go to was slacking on customer service. Today I went to the one off S Dupont Hwy. My receipt has no store number or manager name. I am so disappointed in BK. It is not all the girls. Just a few have made me not want to go back. Todays experience was over a cup of ice. I asked for a large and was given a baby cup. I asked for a bigger cup of ice . The girl told me you have to pay for it. I said"ok" she told I cannot take your money here. Than slammed the window shut in my face. This is very disturbing as the temp today was very hot and just asking for a cup of ice should not have caused so much tension from this girl. I asked for a large, they should have charged me when I was paying. The only number I have is a survey code [protected]-001658. Like I stated no other information is on the receipt regarding, store #, phone number, Manager name etc. I can be reached at [protected]. I am just finished with BK. I don't feel like this is a proper way to treat customers.

So today 07/17/2020 at 6:30, best guess because the rude manager refused me of a receipt I placed an order for a number 7 meal deal for my son, as Advertised $5.71 for the meal on the exterior menu board. My dad went to the Burger King on 825 East Main Street In Meriden and ordered 3 whopper meals he was charged around $31 But the cashier only gave him two whopper meals and told him he did not ordered 3. In order for my dad to get the third meal he had to extra $10.00. The cashier did not provide receipts and was extremely rude. I would like to get a receipt if his transactions.

The BK website tells us to enter our redemption code on the receipt in the block shown on the first image. Hmm... receipt BK restaurant issued me is short and cuts off that part completely. This is the 2nd time now. How do I redeem my BK reward since the receipt doesn't even have that part? Big promo about BK rewards, but then they short-receipt you and you can't claim the rewards. Burger King No receipt

I went through the drive-thru in East Hartford, CT, USA. There was a tag on the bag stating what I had; which was 1 Big Fish (1 light tartar), 1 sm O-ring and 1 sm Disp Water. I decided to do the survey because my sandwich was oozing tartar sauce when I unwrapped it. I had to wipe off most of the sauce before I could eat it. When I went to complete the survey, I realized that I couldn't use the tag because the store number was not on it. There was no receipt in the bag. My meal cost $7.71, at least that was what I was told. In any case, I wasn't happy with my meal or service.

Burger King Food/money handling during covid-19

I walked in Burger King on mission in Oceanside CA and I ordered my food. The cashier which was the manager didn't change her gloves, which were used at the drive through with other customers handling money. I asked what the purpose was to wear these gloves if she's not changing them when she handles the food. She got very defensive I'm sure it's because she didn't take a food handlers course. She then scooped my fries and put her dirty fingers on my fries with the same dirty gloves! Gross .. she told me she was only to change the gloves if she touched something very dirty. Well money is filthy so someone needs to train these people. That's beyond ridiculous...

Burger King I wasted over 9 dollars for 4 cheese sticks

I went thru drive thru 2 weeks ago, and after 22 minutes, finally ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches an a 9 piece mozzarella sticks. Another 10 minutes, I finally got my order (without a thank you). When I got home, I gave my 2 grandkids their sandwiches, and to their, and my, dismay, they were spicy chicken sandwiches, much to then, on top of that, too spicy for little kids to eat, then, on top of that, we only got 4 mozzarella sticks! I also never got a receipt, needless to say I wasted over 9 dollars for 4 cheese sticks and 2 disappointed little kids. This burger king is at 6261 n. Lincoln ave. In chicago. Burger King Customer service

I had ordered by drive threw and kept repeating myself to the cashier that I had coupons to use. I get to the window and I was completely ignored for a few minutes then I tell the customer service girl to get my coupons that I have coupons to use and she replied to me telling me that she don't need them. I was like ok then. I waited at window and for my food and at this time she had already taken my debit card and charged me. I got my food order all wrong. At this time they hand me my debit card with out a receipt. I checked my order and it was all wrong. I honked several times to get there attention while they are all looking at me and ignoring me and finally one of them comes to the windows and I tell them they that I am missing some fries and that I wanted my receipt. They hand me the missing fries and my receipt and I see they over charged me. Once again I was honking at them to get there attention and finally a worker opens the window and I tell her they over charged me and did not take my coupons how I had request to do so. The lady in charge at time told me that they do not issue refunds back that they can give me a gift card or free food to match dollar amounts. Then I said ok she then asked me to come inside the store. I go inside the store and I am standing on the counter waiting for her. I that time I was completed irritated with their customer services so I decided to take my phone out and take of picture of their store number location at that time the manger swung at me to hit my hand for me not to take a photo. I quickly responded back and moved away from her so she wouldn't hit me on my hand. At that time she yelled at me to get out the store and a coworker right away took video of me and the incident and he even took photos of my vehicle license plate. She continued to yell she walked out of the back counter to continue to yell and to attack me once again. I waited outside for the police to show up to file an assault charge on her. My point here is I was over charged, I was treated wrongfully, I was assaulted for taking a picture of the corporate information while the incident was happening the coworker was videoing everything and taking pictures. So they can take pictures and video but us as a customer are not allowed to take a picture. I had to call the police and file a complaint assault charge on the employee. The police said anyone can take pictures but they don't have the right to attack you for taking a photo. Watch out and becareful with that employee she attacks you!

Burger King Unclean service employee

Front empolyee handling money, taking orders, then moving to kitchen area and handling food, no gloves, no mask, everyone else has them on, moves back to register, never cleans hands, even took outside and order and came back without cleaning hands, likes to stroke his beard and sweat from face while working. Nasty so now you know if you care. This store is in jefferson city tenn.

I went to eat a burger yesterday 5-12-20 and the stench was so bad I knew that I could not eat there. It smelled awfull and turned my stomach. The employees looked like it was their enviroment. I left before I got sick.

Burger King Your family meal ads for $12.99

At this time of crisis. People are looking for cheap deals to feed them selves. I personally loved BK but this is ridiculous. I've been reading a comments about missing a food on delivery. I never thought it will happen to me. I've ordered a 12.99 deal for 3 whoppers, 3cheeseburgers, 3 small fries. I only received 3 whoppers 2 cheeseburgers, 3 small fries. I mean, it's not much but it adds up if most people doesn't get their order correctly. It really disappoint me especially while we are stuck with quarantine. Shame on you BK.

My daughter works at BK and during this pandemic the owner is not providing a face masks. First of all, I am furious that you are making them work, but is so, at least provide them with some sort of gear to wear to protect themselves!! Or don't you create about your employees?? Burger King Cleanliness/Employee Actions

Burger King on Robbins road and 31 around 6:30pm in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Today, 3-29-20, I went thru the drive thru and ordered two whoppers, large fry, and vanilla shake. Love all three! But when I got to the window the male employee filling the bags, not the window cashier, was picking things out of his teeth and wiping it on his pants, multiple times. While drinking out of a white plastic bottle. There was a good line of customers so I took my food and left. I threw out my food and drank the vanilla shake since it was handled by the window cashier whom I watched wash his hands twice while I was waiting in line and was very friendly. Normally I would not be so picky, I was hungry, but with Covid-19 in our midst I went hungry. Please try to inform your employees about how important sanitation is always and especially now. I understand workers do unsanitary things but they should try NOT to do it in front of customers.
