Burger King review: Rude employee

I went to 1901 skibo road Burger King to pick up a Uber pickup I was only one in line so I waited a little bit nobody attended to me so I began to ask if somebody please help me I got to pick up can you help me the lady name Alexia handy looked at me and just turned the head so I wait a little longer and Alexzia handy went to take some food out to somebody I asked if there anybody in the back can somebody please help me she got offended she already had an amp to problem you can see it all on her face and she just going to holler at me and tell him I did not tell you to wait I told her no after you didn't say nothing you just looked and turned your head you didn't say anything and I told him your attitude is going to be that bad you need to not be working in the front you need to go in the back and you need to go home she called me a b i t c h then I got upset you don't call me that because you don't know who I am be calling me that then she going to tell me to do some she wanted me to fight her first of all I'm an elderly woman I'm just able I barely can walk I can barely get around to be running up on some dope little child and way younger than me so I asked him what manager was Ashley said she wrote the manager I told you to manager and you they let you on they allow you to talk to people in this manner call them b****** and everything else so I and she told me she was going to make me wait longer way longer for my food she was going to fix it when she get got good and got done ready so I told her no she won't I said cuz I'll cancel cuz I ain't got to wait around for you to fix the food when you get ready cuz people like that it's been in your food when they mad so I end up calling the manager over at Burger King on Ramsey Street told her what happened she told me to describe the girl so I went in there and described the girl and the girl were arguing with me still while I was telling her what what she look like and what she did she was still arguing with me in front of all the people that were sitting out there so the Ramsey Street manager said she was going to get in contact with the general manager over at Scarborough Burger King she did call me and she said she was going handle it she was not there today but I can come get a free meal I went and got the free meal but a free meal don't fix it because when I went in there the girl was still working in there in the same spot she was working at yesterday just at the window so let me get absolutely nothing to her and you cannot talk to people like that and you still be sitting up there working like you ain't done s*** so she's got no type of punishment and yes I would like apology for her rudeness Alexia handy
