My friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 whoppers, 2 large fries, Hershey pie, and vanilla shake. After we placed the order, we drove around to pay and "Blake"(I believe that was the employee's name) took the payment without saying a word. Then he came back, handed me a bag, and then my milkshake. When he handed the milkshake over, the lid came off, spilling all over me, my clothes, my phone, and my car. Your employee "Blake" sees it happen and yells "oh no".Well I'm kinda shocked and my friend is trying to help me clean it up and I'm waiting there thinking that the employee Blake is at least getting me some napkins to clean up- nope! He goes and waits to bag the next order that is not even ready. So I pull up out of the way of the next customer, and I asked my friend to please go in and get me some napkins(there was only 1 in the bag) and ask if I can get another shake. She goes in and he tells her no he's not giving us anything. Ok, so she comes out and tells me and I hand her the bag and said just get my money back for all of it then. So she goes back in, the young lady at the front register tells him "she's back"he's still loud and rude and says "she can wait cause we're busy now" Then the manager comes over, at this point, now and says she will replace my shake, my friend is embarrassed and upset already after dealing with "Blake" and puts the bag down and says I just want a refund. Then the manager says, "fine I'll give you a refund, don't come back." Then she comes back out and tells me we can't come back. I said fine then, let's go to Hardees. What really irritated me is that "Blake's" whole disposition was distasteful to begin with but to then say We're not giving you anything? As if I'm a beggar on the street? I PAID my hard earned money for that food. YOU didn't GIVE me anything! He didn't offer a napkin, an apology, or even acknowledge the distress I was in. If he is not replaced with a better employee, he at least needs alot of training in customer service. No worries though Burger King, there is a Hardees next door and they do acknowledge you, and say thank you and have a good day! Just wanted to let you know, I know nothing will probably happen to that employee so I felt like at least getting it off my chest. At least I'll sleep better at night. Thanks for listening.
