Burger King review: dress code

This morning (Aug- 8- 2019@ 4:20 am) I ordered food from one of your restaurants. The store manager took my order and seemed to have no problem as I watched the cook walk by the window wearing no hairnet or shirt on his way to the grill to cook my food. I could clearly see all of his tattoos and armpit hair as waved to me wearing only a white tank top type T-shirt. It was disgusting.

I understand it can get hot back there working the grill, however I used to work in the food service industry myself years ago and there was a strict dress code for employees handling food. If this is acceptable conduct to your corporation for a manager and employee then please explain that to me in a very convincing way so that I do not have a reason to file a complaint to the health department.
