Good evening, it all began when I pulled up to the drive thru tonight to place my order. I was told to hold and when I was finally able to order I was met with a young lady who seemed to be in a bad mood. Once I pulled up to the drive through window after paying I noticed one of the employees immediately threw my receipt away and did not bother to ask if I wanted it. Upon receiving my order I noticed we were missing our fries since I had ordered 2 of the #1 whopper meals. I drove to the front and had my daughter to get off to notify them. They told my daughter that it was not what we had ordered and spoke amongst each other about tossing the receipt. I then proceeded to go in and when I told them I was missing my fries I then was told by employee (Aubrey or Audrey) that was not what I ordered. She was very rude and tried telling me what I had ordered when I am the one that knows what I ordered, an argument pursued and someone finally told her to give me the fries. I noticed she grabbed the salt and threw extra on the fries just to be bitter and spiteful. I am not sure what kind of customer service your company promotes, but in my experience the customer is always right. I will not be returning to your establishment and I hope your employee (Aubrey or Audrey) will be reprimanded for her disgusting behavior.
