1st let me just state that BK is my favourite Fast Food, but it's getting harder and harder to deal with the help. I stop here almost daily and always wait, and there is ALWAYS a problem. This visit it took 15 minutes to even order, I ordered a "original chicken with Heavy heavy mayo"waited another 5, upon looking at it it has less than even the usual amount, but that's not what my complaint is about. I asked for mayo, and they were dumbfounded. I was told to get some cups from the ketchup dispenser, I got 3 (they're small) I then had to wait almost 5 minutes and was handed back 1- I asked for more, again I waited, when the counter person asked for more, he was told as she looked at me "no, she has enough" I said no, I'd like more, and was flat out told "no you have enough, move on" I always thought it was "have it your way"? But it looks like I'll probably have it at McDonald's if the service continues to go down hill.
