Very bad customer experience from employee and management. Went to drive thru place order as we paid for our food nobody else was in line in front or back, employee told us to pull forward it's going to take 10 minutes, I ask her why she never said anything . Couple of minutes later the manger came to window told us to pull forward in a aggressive manner at that time I ask for my money back still in aggressive manner gave my money back as I was handling him the coke back to him he said give me the coke back. very aggressive manager try to call the store three times and nobody answer. I hope Burger King will take care of how their employees and management treat people.
