Burger King

Went through the drive though 8/28 about 5:15pm ordered 2 large frappes. Waited for a long time don't know exactly how long but it was long. Then Selene heads me a dripping cup. I mean a dripping cup then proceeds to hand me another dripping cup. The frappe was literally pouring out from the lid. She hands me a wad of napkins and expects me to drive away. Well I gave both back and refund as well.
All I have to say is this is no way to treat, keep, or increase business. That location is by far the slowest and from my visits there the employees sure don't like their jobs.
Went across the street to Mc Donald's it was service with a smile and a delicious non dripping caramel frappe.
Burger King you need to step up your game at the Lehigh Acres, Fl location on Homestead and give Selene a lesson on customer service.
