Burger King

I ordered a chicken sandwich w/cheese and an order of cheesy tots. I didn't get the cheese on my sandwich and was given mozzarella sticks instead. This was the 3rd time I have gone to burger king in about a year and this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong. There was no one else in the drive through so I didn't get someone else's order. Also, when I pulled up to get my order, she just handed it to me through I partially opened window and didn't say a word to me. Apparently it is fine to be rude and not pay attention to what is ordered. I won't be going back so I am not asking for a refund or gift card. I just want the manager to be aware so that they can train their employees to be more aware.
